Thanks for the list of movies I will not bother to see.

I will wait for DVD on the Hangover part II, like I should have done with the first one and might catch fast 5 at my next oil change as my mechanic likes to play pirated movies in his waiting room.

I did want to see Captain America back when I read the writers where hoping to land John Hamm as the lead, and Captain America was a beat up older version of a superhero, but now that they have Evans in and the story has changed this will be another Marvel dud that plays well in the US due to patriotism and internationally due to the 3D, fooling the public into thinking it actually is a good movie.

I picked 'other' because the movie I've been waiting to see a long time is finally coming out, The Tree of Life.

This one. Tree of Life

Nothing. I go every week usually. Ask me next year though and I may have a problem. Next summer could be the best summer ever for me, so many movies I want to see next summer.

Harry Potter.

For anyone that hates, **** off :silly:

I'm with you. My list is:

1. Harry Potter

2. X-Men: First Class

3. Captain America

4. Cowboys and Aliens

5. Thor ---- saw it already. Awesome.

I still can't believe they're rebooting the highly successful Spiderman already.

I'm so glad they are. So many cool things can be done with Spiderman, and they did almost none of them with Toby McGuire and Kirsten Dunst

What will they do that wasn't done in the McGuire movies?

Fast 5 was ridiculous... Hangover Pt. 2 was rushed a little but still funnier than I expected.

WTH is with Super 8 though... I just can't figure out why everyone wants to see this movie. Transformers may be the last movie of the summer for me.

Who are the villians supposed to be in this one?

Catwoman and Baine

Don't sleep on the Nolan/Snyder Superman, Man of Steel. Apparently a twist on Supes we've been waiting for since the end of Superman 2 was released. Bit edgier. December 2012. Fitting, that Superman is out when the whole world will be in "end of days" mode.

I haven't gotten a chance to check out Superman but heard a little about it. So Christopher Nolan is supposed to have a hand in this movie as well?

Catwoman is not a villain. Nolan and Snyder are very good friends and have done a lot of work together. Snyder wants to take Superman in the direction Nolan took Batman.

He's producing it and Snyder (300 and Watchmen fame) is the director. Zod will be the villian. :whoknows:

As long as it isn't ghey like Superman Returns... The thing about Superman is his idealistic character but most complain that they can't relate. Well no ****. He's superman (even forgetting the powers). You're supposed to aspire to be him, not relate to him.
