quantum-chemist
I couldn't find this on the redskins website nor did anything come up when I searched the forum. Could anyone tell me if iPads are allowed at FedEx field during a game?

skinsr4reel
I question your manly-ness when needing to bring an Ipad to a football game. Id be nervous of bringing something like that to a football game...Setting it down, making sure someone doesnt steal it, scratches, beer, greasy fingers...etc.

quantum-chemist
well since I'm not sitting in the dream seats section if the redskins give up the game in the first quarter - i'll have something to do since im all the way up in the loge. quantum-chemist
Well, it turns out that they do permit iPads at FedEx Field. I was able to use it to transfer photos from my digicam to view on the iPad to ensure that the photos were not blurry or bad.

You can bring it in but you may or may not be able to get a connection. I am unable to use my AT&T phone on section 109. Can't receive or send texts either. I used to get weak reception in section 424. Reception varies depending where you sit.
TMK9973
Well my first reaction would be "Why wouldn't you be able to" But I also agree with everyone else? Why would you want to?

RFKFedEx
It would be freakin awesome if you could have the RedZone in HD on an iPad at the game. However, I have my doubts that you could get a signal as S&S mentioned.

hoskins
My wife and I have been taking ours this year because we like to go early, beat traffic, and have something to do while we wait for kickoff. AT&T works fine in the club lounge (and therefore probably the loge area also) if you are early. But once everyone shows up, it's starts to get saturated and slow. Of course, they are put away before kickoff. Haven't figured out how an iPad is useful when you're on your feet screaming to help give us some advantage. quantum-chemist
I asked about the iPad policy because they do not permit them at Yankee Stadium. So I wanted to make sure what the policy is since they vary from location to location. I know they are permitted at Nationals Park. In the loge - you have the space in front of you so you can easily place it there with the ability to stand up/stomp/etc - there is plenty of room especially if you in the first row. And since everyone seems to like my sig - here are some more from preseason. Hopefully, I'll find myself in the Dream section again.
TD Riggo
You kids and your iPads! Are you one of those pierced, tatted, always-sipping-a-latte dudes who sports a stocking cap even in 97-degree heat (because it's so kewl) and has the Apple logo on your Prius? What the heck do you do with an iPad at a sports thingie, anyway? Especially when you have a view like #5 above?! Holy shinoli! That's Redskins porn, dude! "What game ..?!"
