Since moving inside to striker from his wide left position, he has accounted for Lyon's last eight goals, 4 assists, 4 netted. Always had incredible talent, just mercurial personality that did himself no favors. With his blend of incredible technical ability, pace, and strength, always thought the sky was the limit for him. Maybe he is finally getting his head right, and realizing that at the top level, everyone is good, and it takes work to be among the best. Rumors are Roma is keenly interested. He's got talent but he is very inconsistent, he was a ghost during the european cup run and his last 3 goals were vs Toulouse (17th) and Metz (20th). Maybe an old fashioned nasty coach can fix this, I don't know. For the record Lyon is the most hated club, St Etienne (their enemy) the most friendly one. Just have to hammer them like they did City, but I fear Roma will park a big ole bus and try to counter. Probably less than thrilling soccer for the viewer. I didn't mean yelling like Gruden dropping F bombs all over the training field when he was with the Bengals, or undermining, more like making him train hard and focused on a regular basis. Last Feb. he was depicted as a locker room cancer. I probably should have used another term than nasty . Therefore you need a coach with character and strong leadership.
