Bat~man
Sucks for Cooley, doesn't matter for the team this year anyway. We sucked with him so we can suck just as good without. Get well soon Cooley...hope to see you next year having a big year.
CooleyRox
Better a broken bone than a torn ACL or Achilles. Still sucks, though.

TK
Does this move Fred Davis up the depth chart to back up punter as well?
Burgundy Burner
Does this move Fred Davis up the depth chart to back up punter as well? Nah. Joey T. will be activated next week.
SkinsNoles21
in a wasted year .. this isnt the worst news. Fred Davis will emerge and will become a threat. Next year when Cooley returns ... both Davis and Cooley are weapons. This will force them to get Davis on the field.

ChicagoRedskinsFan
Why do the Redskins get so dessimated with injuries? They were already in bad shape every time you look another Redsking goes down. I understand every team has to deal with injuries, but it is a joke what happens to this team, as if they don't have enought problems. Either get new trainers in here or find players that aren't made of glass.

Rocket442Olds
better that it happens during this year when the teams going nowhere anyways. It'll give Davis some time to learn how to block maybe
VTmike
At least Chris doesn't have to suffer through the entire season.
Drockvb
That blows. At least destiny dealt us this blow during a season that is lost anyway. Couldn't have picked a better time for a loss like this. Get well soon.

21forlyfe
Davis was doing his thing..this injury was a blessing in its own..JC has tunnel vision..as soon as Cooley went down Thomas scores and should have 2 td's if Rabach dosent snap the ball in the ground...The season is over now any way Davis really stepped up..I wish Cooley a healthy recovery he is done for the season...broken foot...Davis will get some nice playing time
