JC and Ben are no more then game managers. There was a chart that came out last year. I think from ESPN that had them both as game managers and they both show that. Spartacus87 Posted September 11, 2009 Share Posted September 11, 2009 I hear you. Troy is used differently. I understand that. I just wish we'd see some of what Troy brings in Landry. Landry seems........passive.... in comparison. I can't think of many memorable Landry plays. I remember that hit he had on Plax that cost us 15 yards, and him getting trucked by Jacobs, but really outside of the odd INT here or there, not much comes to mind. I would like him to make his mark somehow. Two plays from Landry in coverage stand out immediately- his hit on Reggie Brown last season on the goal line to prevent the game winning TD, and his hit on Kevin Curtis on the goal line in his rookie year to do the same thing. He's also made some crazy plays against Hasselbeck both times we've played the Seahawks in recent years, particularly in that playoff game where he picked him twice, one time going all the way from centerfield to the sideline while just being able to keep his feet inbounds for the catch to count.He also was able to produce some great pressure blitzing in 06 when he was the SS and Taylor was back at FS.
