RedskinsSuperBowl21
Carlos Rogers has turned the corner...I had to make this thread because of his lights out play. He has grownup before our eyes and proved all the naysayers wrong! .
skinsfan07
agreed. Dude is slowly turning into an elite CB. Should have had another int today but it hit his chest.
NewCliche21
Not elite yet, but I've been a huge fan since last year's @Philly game. That one hit he had that stopped a third down conversion, god damn. That was sick.
emor09
i've always loved Carlos i'm in!!!
SD Skins fan
Him ripping the ball out of T.O.'s chest last week is a season highlight in my eyes.
the burgundy and gold
he has always been a great tackling corner, but his coverage has been lacking. This year i feel that he's become a much better cover corner, and with the way Blatche is raving about him, i think he's truely becoming a very good corner. TheGreek1973
Now if he can catch what hits him in the hands he would be called elite. As is he is a very solid CB
CRobi21
I've always loved Los. He continues to impress.
StillUnknown
he still can't catch, but he's developing into a very reliable corner for us not to mention he doesn't mind laying somebody out either. still pretty amazing he's recovered as quick as he did *salutes the thread*
Slateman
He still can't catch, but his coverage is getting much much better
Skinz4Life12
i used to ***** about Carlos so much during games the last two years but this year he has been playing great. I just want to see him hold onto those INTs that clank off his hands
georgiaredskin
#22 has always had it. He's just coming into his own. He's one of my very favorites, and we have been praying for him every single night since he got injured for recovery and for him to explode into the star we know he is. And let me tell you: prayer works! I'm proud to be a huge fan of Carlos and always have been since Auburn! War Damn Eagle!
StartColtNow
Carlos is awesome and needs to get a speed boost in madden. I'm not mad at him for dropping that pick cuz McNabb put some hotsauce on it and there's a reason why he's not playing WR.
hitmandm
It has taken Carlos a bit to get it, just like it has taken Campbell a bit to get it. Does it seem like more than a coincidence that Campbell and Carlos are both getting it this year? They were drafted in same class and came from same college program. It is a NFL learning curve. Durant35
Carlos is the man....SHUT DOWN corner he has had 2 back to back great games
S.T.real,lights,out
The guy is playing great ball right now!
Oldskool
Carlos is starting to become a better than average cornerback, but what has become painfully obvious is that he really won't be the type to get you more than a few INT's in his career. Hunter_R
His coverage was excellent last season before his injury. One of the best, actually. People were just too blind with hatred to acknowledge it.
ceviker
Now if he can catch what hits him in the hands he would be called elite. As is he is a very solid CB Agree. As soon as he starts making the picks he should be, he'll be elite.
DeoreDX
He won't ever be a top 3 type corner but there are 29 other teams that he will start on right now.
FFEMT284
He layed a heck of a hit on an eagles WR today and did play great D, Will be great to see our full defensive unit on the field.
Zen-like Todd
Carlos started coming around last year before he got hurt. He's always going to have suspect hands, but he has all the physical tools you could ask for in a DB. Big, strong, fast, physical, can turn his hips. XxSpearheadxX
he has some of the best swivel hips I've seen and is extremely physical, he just needed to refine his movements more efficiently. He is going to be considered the best CB in the NFC by the end of the year.
RedskinsSuperBowl21
I honestly thinks his hands are improving. The ball that hit him in the chest today was not even in his plain of view until it hit him because of the way he came around the receiver
Hokieskins1
Carlos is the real deal and I have always said that. You can go back to all the old threads and find posts by me on him and they are all positive. The man can play.
