PlayAction
Two very nice special teams tackles last night. Considering the number of WRs on the team it looks like he's got a chance to stay with the team long term if he continues to shine in ST. I hope the kid has good hands so that the QBs finally have a large target at WR.
EnFoRcEr_uPu
Yea, I noticed that too. Always good to see a guy pumped up on ST.
laxpck
I was impressed when he dropped Hester for the loss after Hester had changed field direction
Ax
I liked the way he was gettin' after it as well. Hope to see him get his first TD for us at the Meadowlands next weekend.

Blackest Eyes
He seemed to play pretty well on Teams last night. I hope that he can eventually find himself in goal line situations or something. We need a huge possession receiver.
dwbiggs
No we picked him up from the Giants a couple of weeks ago I think.
rtbasye
maybe i'm a little slow, but I thought this tread had something to do wth sean taylor... I do hope that he can "mix" it up a bit on special teams, even if his leading advocate is done for the season.
tomgraham
I Like His Play On St Alot So Far.
slinky
i hope we get to see him in some redzone offense in these final 3 games... even if he is in to be a distraction for the opposing defense. but i would like to see him use his height and out jump a DB for a TD pass. maybe against his former team this week
Stophovr6
I do believe he's already done more than Lloyd did on the year and he hasn't even been involved in 1 offensive play.
Fan4life
He's also a big guy with some speed...nice to see.
drowland
Is this guy the new man-crush on the board? Where's Casey Bramlet at?
Bonez3
How bout a shout out to Danny Smith last night for calling a great ST game that very well coulda won it for us. Hester was a non-factor, great execution of a game plan from Smith. And yes, props to Hix and Frost.
laurent
Mix showed me something yesterday. According to the Giants board one of the reasons why they wouldn't keep him on the active roster was his absence from teams. With his size and decent athleticism he may well be on his way to being the next Thrash. If he can develop into a decent blocker he may have a chance to earn playing time next year. kuraitengai
I do believe he's already done more than Lloyd did on the year and he hasn't even been involved in 1 offensive play.:applause::applause:thats for sure. hes had some good special teams stops (just cant call special teams ST anymore). i loved how he bottled hester up with the rest of the punt coverage. drone007
yeh i was watching the game with a friend of mine who's a giants fan. he was jealous that we picked him up because he said mix is a really good receiver, they just couldn't afford to keep him on the active roster and so we stole him off the practice squad. testrake
He is doing a good job picking up the ST slack from us missing Thrash
nace14
now if only we can find a way to use his 6'5 frame on offense somehow....hmmm...maybe around the goaline??
Veretax
If we can get Mix involved in the Offense, I think we can cut ties with Thrash. Anyone else thinking that way?
sydshobob
I'm trying to remember if he was covering kicks before Sean Taylor died. It seems like he took his spot on the coverage team.
TheLongshot
I'm trying to remember if he was covering kicks before Sean Taylor died. It seems like he took his spot on the coverage team. Taylor was out because of injury when Mix was signed, so that's not possible. Jason
SkinsFan48
yeah but from the giants pratice squad Was Mix a practice squad guy?
terpfan
Good to see. Good play on special teams could put him on the fast track to seeing the field on offense.
InTikiITrust
yeh i was watching the game with a friend of mine who's a giants fan. he was jealous that we picked him up because he said mix is a really good receiver, they just couldn't afford to keep him on the active roster and so we stole him off the practice squad. That's entirely incorrect. Mix was dropped for another WR. Then he sat on the Giants practice squad until the 'Skins picked him up.
