I would say yes. Difference being other teams are trying to get a 5/6/7 out of those guys, while we're trying to trade Norman for a 1st at least. We have Callahan who was regarded as one of the top OL coaches in the game and he now has turned Morgan Moses into Stephan Heyer. Then there was Shanny, before that Joe Gibbs II which was a huge drop off from Joe Gibbs I, and we have Scott M who had a remarkable record of picking players until he picked players for your Washington Redskins.
