TradeTheBeal!
Hmmm...as soon as I turn off the game and go to bed, the Caps dominate. 28 shots in the last 30 minutes.
purbeast
I nearly went to sleep after the second period since I get up at like 5:45, but I decided to stick around because it looked like they had some momentum going. Glad I stayed up for it all because it was an exciting finish. I had trouble sleeping too because I was a bit pumped up.
GoDeep81
Nice surprise comback! Holtby keep it from being another 5ga beating, but I'll take it! Build off that 3rd period!!
purbeast
Holtby was the Holtby of old last night. He had some fantastic saves that easily could have cost them the game. Same goes for Grubs. He had some very good saves.

zCommander
AZ has won 28 and lost 24... how the hell are the Caps not pouncing on them? Seems like the Caps have slowed down after a hot start season. Edited February 16, 2020 by zskins

Cooleyfan1993
Is the whole “chase to 700” getting to the ENTIRE team? Jeez what’s going on? Giving up a goal early EVERY game it seems like, is getting really old 😑

They need a shakeup, they aren't responding to whatever Reirden is preaching at the moment.

Giving up a goal early EVERY game it seems like, is getting really old 😑 They haven't been playing well for a few weeks now. Ovechkin's goal scoring binge the last few weeks carried the team to a few victories. If not for him scoring that much to get to 698 so quickly, they have a few more loses. This is what he does and he has carried this team for so long. But he can't score multiple goals a game every night, even though sometimes it seems like he could. So the whole team needs to step up and play better, like they did in Denver the other night.
Warhead36
He just needs to hit 700, then the team can get back to focus.
zCommander
I rather have the team back to focus and Ovi gets his 700+ in the process instead.
Cooleyfan1993
Had no idea tonight’s game is at 6. Though it was at 10 since it’s a west coast game. Presidents’ Day must have something to do with it i guess
max21
I wonder if GMBM makes any moves prior to the deadline. Tampa Bay, Pittsburgh and the Islanders all active. They could really use a defenseman. Kreider is also intriguing but more than likely would be just a rental.

I’m ok with that. But if not I’m going to the Winnipeg game on the 25th if he wants to hold out a bit longer 😂 Also would love for it to be against fluery Edited February 17, 2020 by SkinsFanRob
