Drama this week on #HardKnocks.. #Rams head coach Jeff Fisher agonizes over which players will give the team the best chance to go 4-12

Just finished recording #BangRadioHour 275.. had some fun! the second half in particular! Coming to a device near you in a day or two!

 

It looks like #Redskins cuts have begun, as OLB Lynden Trail tweet indicates that he's been released.

I think this was earned. Long news has me slightly concerned. Did Lavaou beat him out. Long is our back up center and starting guard (primary back up to both), right?

 

Trail is a bit sad. Hopefully, he makes it to PS.
