To be fair yeah, he had Reed open in the middle and also had moss open had he thrown a harder pass instead of a floater it's likely a touchdown. Moss had a step and plenty of room between him and the sidelines on his break

two comments by the announcers on 2nd and 4th downs say it all to me: "that was a lot of holding..." and "that could've been a penalty. leading with the helmet." Both of which were overlooked as usual.

The announcer was making a joke about Moss taking out the camera man, by leading with his helmet, on that 4th down.
