Only if they blow up the team (which they should sans Curry). Sign and trade Green (assuming there's a team dumb enough to max him and send out Klay as an expiring deal. Most of their role player have no offense. Warriors have one star that plays like a star. if the Warriors could replace Green with a legit star, maybe. I don't know about easily, but I'm not writing them off. Depends if they are will to move picks to unload Poole. Would a team like Orlando look at a player like Poole? He's done on defense and he's mega scoring games are so few and far in between, he's no longer a meaningful championship piece. Even Beal would be better than him playing next to Curry. You do realize that Klay averaged 22 per game this year...he's far from washed. And his D has been solid most of the year. Insane takes here... Harden misses 2 shots in the series and 76ers are already out. This is how close the margins are and why we love sports. Even with no help, Curry almost pulled this off. BTW... For the Lakers, Reaves, that guy who scored a bunch in the 4th Q, even Rui was big in G1. The Heat picked up some cast offs, and developed some players. Maybe it is a little bit of luck as far as hitting the "fresh talent lottery". But it makes a difference in the Final 8/4/Championship. He never shoul have traded Kuzma, Caruso or KCP. He never should have bring in Carmelo and Westbrook. Those were stupid trade and the Lakers deserved to miss the playoffs after that. So stupid of them. That said you also aren't wrong. Reeves, Walker IV and company are pretty new and are showing up. I'm impressed by what they've done. And everyone said this was an automatic Warriors win because Curry "owns" LeBron. But LeBron's team is up 3-1 right now with a chance to close it out at GS Do I think the Warriors win game 5? Curry is 35 already, folks expecting him to play until 40 or something? That isn't anymore normal then the total overhaul the Lakers did after the all-star break, evidence being the nearing complete domination of teams seeded higher then them one round after the other this year so far. Curry has earned the right to finish his career with the Warriors if he wants to, and Warriors have the right to consider a rebuild that Curry and Kerr don't have to stick around for if they don't want to, they've paid their dues to that franchise ten times over. Klay (and/or Dray) maybe..although Klay, Curry, and Dray (and Iggy) are tight. They'd probably benefit from one leaving and another off season of Moody and Kuminga progressing. Not sure they can do anything with Poole other than hope the regression is a one year thing. I doubt Poole sees another big contract in the NBA if he doesn't change immediately. They only had GPII for a handful of games and he's a nice bench guy to have. Loon is offensively limited but is a rebound monster and a big guy to play some D. They will likely lose Dante D this off-season but should have the ability to find a similar guy to fill that spot. If they move Dray or Klay (or Poole), then they can probably upgrade offensively more easily. That said, Dray does a LOT more for this team than what the casual viewer knows. I'm curious if Patrick Baldwin Jr will put on some more muscle and be anything other than a bench 3pt specialist. And I hardly saw Ryan Rollins this year. I'm just waiting for someone hated like Dillon Brooks to join the team.
