PhiAlpha
125/1. Unreal. We beat the Giants twice. I think without Beck starting those few games, the Redskins would of had a shot at the playoffs. I don't think they will win it, but with those odds, throwing a $20 on it. MattFancy
Not a Ravens fan at all, but I'd considering throwing down a few buck on them being 20-1. And how are the Skins 125-1? That just seems idiotic. I'm not saying we're going to win, but I in no way think we are the 2nd worst team in the league.
Boss_Hogg
Hard to argue with this, the odds will always be stacked against us until our QB situation is addressed.
Harwich Hog
Pretty smart odds really. It doesn't mean we're the second worst team in the league. Attractive odds to entice more bets. Let's face it, it's not going to come in with our QB situation as it is.

Truant
Twenty years since we've done it, so I don't have a problem with the odds. We're going in the right direction, but we're barely on the cusp of being a solid team; let alone a Super Bowl contender.
Hdf561
At 125-1 I would but down a few dollars on us....think about the return you would get on that!!! No way we even make the NFC Championship game next season but man what if right? Like others have said I do not think we are the 2nd worst in the league but we are not very good and while i belive we are going in the right direction, we are a long way off from even being a playoff team. Rypien1191
Ravens are a great value at 20-1. I will bet them in Vegas in may. Even Vegas knows how ****ing lucky the Giants are.

morpheusmeyers
It would be great if you could trade bets like stocks. At 125-1 you lay down a bet on the Redskins with the hope that the team signs Peyton Manning or drafts RGIII. Then when that happens and the odds go to 75-1, 50-1, or whatever (Rams are currently 50-1), you sell the rights to the bet to someone else and double your money...or better. SkinsCrushCowboys
Brutal schedule, tough division, no QB, lots of holes......seems 125-1 is about right
rebornempowered
The Colts are 25-1? Did they watch that team at all this season?
MattFancy
The Colts are 25-1? Did they watch that team at all this season? I was thinking the same thing. Unless they think Manning is going back there. Or Luck is going to be amazing right away.

After 3 drafts if Shanallen doesn't at least post a winning record and be in the hunt for a wildcard spot then we are not heading in the right direction. DogofWar1
If we somehow upgraded our QB from Grossman to someone who can keep their INTs down (maybe an Orton style guy), we probably drop down to about 50 or 40-1. If we actually got a franchise QB or picked up somebody great (drafting RGIII or if we got Manning and he was 100%) those odds probably get down to around 20-1 real fast. I'm kind of surprised the Eagles are all the way down at 6-1. Sure, they should be better next year than this one, and be in the top half of the league in terms of odds, but 6-1 seems a bit much. TheGoodBits
$50 on the Ravens at 20-1 and $50 on the Redskins at 125-1 seem like good value moves to take. We're closer to contending than at least 10 teams that have better odds right now. Bucs, Browns, Colts, etc... Impossible to know right now how this team will look with a new QB. HailB&G
This team does not have a QB or a #1 WR. 125-1 is a gift.

It's taking into account how we'd get there. Which would be playing the defending super bowl champs twice, philly twice and the cowboys twice. I would say pretty much every year.. whoever is the worst team in the NFC East will be near the bottom of this list for the following year. Pick6
So does that mean if I bet $5 and the Redskins won the Super Bowl I would get a return of $625?
morpheusmeyers
So does that mean if I bet $5 and the Redskins won the Super Bowl I would get a return of $625? At 125-1, sure, you would see gross proceeds of $625. Of course you bet $5 so that would reduce your profit to $620, not factoring in any fees paid to place the bet. I still like the idea of being able to trade bets. At 125-1 the smart money making move would be to load up @ 125-1 and then sell your bets after the FO aquires Manning, RGIII, or whomever at QB. Actually you get the $625 plus your original $5 for a total of $630. If you bet a horse at even money (1-1), you get your $5 and the track's $5.
