The World Map of Average Breast Cup Size

China

Recommended Posts

I would think South America would be the most naturally large country. Not like America, because of obesity. I could only imagine if I lived in a country where the average was an A cup. I would be so much more productive.

Obesity i would think does not make larger cup sizes. Cup size is not based on how big the breast are but on the ratio of the breast to rib cage. So I would assume obesity, resulting in larger rib cages, would lower "cup sizes" , but I am not sure.

And when my fiancé explained to me a month ago how cup size is not just based on breast size . . . I sat confused for 30 mins.

Wait... what?

A cup size is not the "size" of the breast in volum but instead you take a measurement of the body around the breast and a measurement of the body around the rib cage, subtract it and that ratio correlates to a cup size.

So if you had huge fat titties but also a huge fat rib cage you don't necessarily have a big cup size. You might have the same cup size of a woman who appears to gave much smaller breast volum wise as long as the ratio is the same.

I went bra shopping with her the other day and learned way too much about measurement and sizing - hahha.

Ohh. That makes a lot of sense, actually. Thanks for the explanation. I was feeling like a confused 11-year-old.

but they're fat, not big-boned. would the rib-cage be affected?

Duckus...The number part of a bra is not the cup size and has nothing really to do with it.

I think you may be confused. Or, I could possibly be wrong/confused myself.

A 32 DD and a 60 DD is the same sized cup (supposedly), the number difference is the measurement around their chest/ribs. The cup... I think is the circumference of the breast.

Dude... don't confused me any further.

Nope, Duckus is right. Cup size is proportional to band size.

"A 32D is the same size as a 34C or 36B, but on a smaller frame. A 28F is actually 2 cup sizes smaller than a 38D. If you are fairly slim, then you may well need a large cup size even though your bust doesn't look any bigger than average."

So, contrary to what the OP said about Americans, the fatter around the upper body you are, the SMALLER your cup size.

Hell, I could be completely wrong. I was confused when she was explaining it to me. :ols:

Here is how this all came up, which will be TMI for some folks :ols:. My fiance has what I consider a very nice body. Small waist, small upper body/rib cage but large breasts (:D). Now, if I were to look at her breasts I would say they were Ds or maybe even DDs. But turns out her cup size is something insane. Some letters I never heard of that sound like a porn star. I was confused and asked questions. These are not some huge, porn star fake breast. I have seen breasts I consider Cs, Ds and DDs - you know, big but not sloppy big, hers looks like a great pair of Ds.

She explained that becuase her rib cage was small, her ratio was really high thus giving her cup a crazy big cup size.

She also then explained to me that 75% of women dont even know what their proper cup size is, because they have never been properly measured - sort of like men with a suit tailor.

Then again, as I said, I was completely lost when she was explaining it to me, so I might be crazy :ols:

But I feel like we are getting off topic. What was the topic of the thread? Oh yea, we all like breasts.

Eh, somewhat disappointed. Besides being more of an ass guy, I've never been turned on by bigger breasts, I've always preferred the B/C cups. A's are a little too small for me, but those nice medium, palm sized tits. Perfect. Looks like there are a few countries in Europe and South America I'd enjoy.

I completely agree.

Looks like my plan of traveling between Australia and New Zealand has another benefit :ols:

You're right and she's right. My wife is in the same boat. She loves what she calls "the bras for freaks" company: Bravissimo.

Here's a link to their website: www.bravissimo.com

You might want to tell your wife about this company. Their prices are kind of high and they're UK based but their merchandise is top-shelf and durable, and most importantly unlike the majority of bras for women with larger cup sizes, these don't look like they were made in a shipyard.

And for the rest of you pervs, enjoy the site! :drooley:
