Chachie
I'm not liking the running back by retirement home committee, period. You can't eat up the clock with how poorly they (either of them) run. CP actually ran much better while trying to eat the clock in both games. Not that this is any consolation. TotalRecall
I agree. Cut him. Torain played better than him during preseason. Williams is more of a 3rd-down back.
Sticksboi05
He's turrible, just turrible. He should not be on this team next week, period. I mean what exactly does he bring to the table?
VTmike
The worst running back in the league. You could tell in situations where the Redskins probably should run they weren't and that was a direct result of the absolutely WEAK running backs we have. Portis is finished and could only get one-yard TD runs to save face. Johnson did nothing for this team.
Dirty#30
really? If I recall many on this board was saying the same about Laron last season..... Calm down it was bone headed play but far from career ending.
Heisenberg
I could never figure out why he was brought into camp and I was absolutely baffled when he made the team. He's been done for a few years now and I'm somewhat convinced he's taken a few too many shots to the head.
MonkFan8
really? If I recall many on this board was saying the same about Laron last season..... Calm down it was bone headed play but far from career ending.I couldn't begin to list the amount of differences between Laron's situation and Larry's. Let us just say that is a terrible analogy. Backpack3r
really? If I recall many on this board was saying the same about Laron last season..... Calm down it was bone headed play but far from career ending. But Laron is young as hell, the opposite is Larry Johnson, who is a RB which dont usually see long careers. CP and LJ are both done
WorldBFree76
We need to pick up a fast RB from somebody's practice squad.
Hitman#21
Wheres Ryan Torrain? Could we trade Albert for a RB?
IrepDC
As soon as he started to look over his shoulder, I knew he was finished. Like seriously, he hadn't even made the cut back yet, but I could see that he was about to think about making the cut back, and my thought was just, "His career here is threw." Rarely are my split second thoughts like that truer than this situation. Bye Larry!
clskinsfan
I actually thought CP showed some burst tonight. Especially on his TWO touchdown runs.
ridgely00
That's what you get for bringing in washouts like LJ, Willie the P, etc. Predictable results. Not helped by years of ignoring the OL for idiotic draft picks.
Oldskool
He needs to be released and for the Skins to give Torrain the call up.
BRAVEONAWARPATH
I think LJ's done though I'll be the first to admit that our run blocking has been horrible. And I mean HORRIBLE....

BRAVEONAWARPATH
He needs to be released and for the Skins to give Torrain the call up. I don't see that happening...though it should.
goflyhelo
can't block, can't run... he's done.
zyvo23
tough to decide which is worse, the RBs or the OL run blocking. I don't understand why they went after LJ, Willie Parker, and Brian Westbrook, but didn't go after Tomlinson (who seems to have something left in the tank). RySkins
This seemed obvious last year in KC and this year in preseason. How does he make the roster? What does he give the team? Good runner? Not any more. Good pass blocker and receiver out of the backfield? Nope Good locker room presence? If so, this would be a career first. So why keep this guy on the roster, especially when he is at an age that most players at his positiob no longer are effective at?
Taylorfan2179
Larry Johnson was simply looking for women to beat out there. If only there were chicks. once he starts beating women, he gets his swagger back, then he can drop homphobic rants on the opposition, this is when LJ shines. I think he ran backward ten yards cause some guy grabbed his butt. He panicked.
D'KanSkinFan
He was on the bubble during camp. When he went backwards for 10 yards I started hoping his bubble would get popped. And soon. OH MY GOD................TK YOU and I think alike................HATED him in KC......................... NOW..............

DCranon21
LJ left it all on the field in 2005 and 2006. This dude is finished. Why we still have him on the roster, I don't know.
Hardcore Zornography
Bring Torain back please. He was the best RB we had in the preseason anyway.
