Not saying you are, but it's my experience & belief, that the only people who get luggie burgers are people who are jerkoffs or *******s to the help. No jerkoff= no luggie...... I've never worked in food but if I did I'm damn sure the points you got for a random diner would be different to a customer pissed me off. They also press different buttons. The people who make the burgers have no contact with the customer who orders the burger. They usually can hardly see or hear the customer.
