manchild
Well he was a great special teams player but I am glad he is gone. He was a practice field legend that took up a roster spot and really hasnt produced anything in games. He just sucked up a roster spot from young players we could of developed. Oh happy day!! Im sorry he got hurt but he should of been cut two years ago. Im really surprised at people being upset he is leaving.
SolidSnake84
I like Thrash a lot and as TK suggested, it is possible that he could be signed towards the end of the year if he can get healthy. I am not sure if TK was being sincere with that statement. But my guess is that he tries to see if there is any interest in him what so ever in free agency, and if not, he will have the surgery and then retire as a redskin... ChiefPowhatan17
James was a good Redskin, but now we move on to the youth movement in the receiver corp.
Slacky McSlackAss
Sucks seeing Thrash go. He was always a team player and left it all on the field. He will be missed for sure.
kleese
Model of hard work and dedication. From Wewoka, Oklahoma and undrafted out of Missouri Southern to a 12 year NFL career. Well done! Can't as for anymore than what he gave.
Redskins:Victory_or_Death
I hope he becomes our WR coach. I don't know Stan Hixon but the lack of production at WR worries me.I know Stan Hixon and James Thrash is no Stan Hixon........Thank God. Hire Thrash! You don't like the guy. Thanks for your input. L30L
I wish this press release was dated 2007. Glad someone said it. Still Thrash earned my respect his last seasons here with his beastly service on Special Teams.

InsaneBoost
Ah damn, I mean I guess I can't blame us for getting rid of him, but he was good with us, had that huge catch against the Cowboys in 2006 when he got popped by Williams. Definitely one of the standout catches he had recently for me. Good luck Thrash.
