With all the hype from Lebron, Kobe, and MJ a MSG this week, it got me thinking about their shoes.

I really don't mess with Addidas or Reeboks, they don't feel right on my feet.

All I wear are New Balance....it's the only athletic shoe that my arches can take.

In the summer...all I wear are sandals, and flip flops.

All I will wear are indoor soccer shoes. I alternate between Adidas and Nike. Ironically, I hate soccer; but these things are comfortable and I like the look. Plus it sets me apart from the plethora of goobers whoring already-overpaid-basketball players making even more money from "branding" their name.

New Balance running shoes seem to work best for me, others I've tried I always ended up with shin splints.

Kind of like me and wrestling shoes. I have big feet (Size 18 , BTW) so it is hard for me to find other shoes besides the highly over priced basketball shoes. But the shoes last for years, unless you ball in your shoes, then they will last for a month. I brought some Black Nikes about 8 years ago and I still wear them and at $150 for 8 years that is like pennies a day.

My favorite shoes are the New Balance 574.

They are real comfortable casual shoes. They don't sell them at the New Balance running stores, you have to get them at Foot Locker or Finish Line.

When I was younger my parents always bought me the most expensive shoes. Jordans, Nikes, whatever was out at the time. Nowadays I hate basketball shoes. I usually rock Nikes and Adidas shoes. These are what i'm currently wearing.

I've had my current pair for almost three years, still look like they're a month old. I only paid $40 for mine. :cool: I guess wrestling shoes run a little higher?

On no the Acis wrestling shoes were cheap, but they have a soft sole, I only where them when I am driving to the grocery store or something. The Nike cost 150 or 120 I forgot.

But them shoes looked good and I still wear them. I say paying anything over 150 for shoes is crazy. I waited to the Jordan 17's dropped from 200 because it is no way in hell I was paying 200 for a pair of shoes.

You gotta break them in. I don't believe in clean sneakers. The last time i wore those was my freshman year of college and they were full of holes. I probably wore them everyday for two years.

but I noticed that they remove chuck from the label. Here's a

Nothing beats a classic. I really dont remember owning another brand of sneakers. Ive had them in just about every color and patter imaginable. I had a sweet scottish plaid pair that i wore to my senior prom and bought a vest and bowtie that matched. It was pretty pimp.
