Life is Beautiful is one of the only movies that made me get teary eyed. If you haven't seen it, its a good one.

I forget the title, but there was another one about a girl posing as a boy under the Taliban I saw that really made me thankful about growing up here in America...can't remember the name of the film.

Life is Beautiful. LOVED that movie.

And yes, Asian game shows are hilarious. When I was in SE Asia, my group and I were doing a seminar at this health clinic and the fricking TV in the background was tuned to some game show and I couldn't stop cracking up in the meeting...welcome to Asia, they love their game shows and karaoke.

Be careful of Audition, though lol...:paranoid:

All the rest are safe to get, and City Of God was phenomenal.

Cinema Paradiso should leave you smiling at the end, really good movie.

Trainspotting

Snatch

Das Boot

And I want to see Downfall, haven't yet though

Downfall is a great movie. I bought it for my dad as he loves the World War II era and all things to do with it. He loved it. I knew he would. The guy who plays Hitler does a fantastic job.

I liked Y Mama Tu Tambien.

Some people like the movie Amelie.
