veteranskinsfan
Was it poor blocking? Did Campbell not throw the ball away when under pressure? Did the offensive line miss the blitzes? What do you think was the main cause of all the sacks allowed?
TheLongshot
Well, two of them were on Jansen. Jason
AKM311
They out schemed us. There blitzes came from all over the place. That and none of our WRs could beat there coverage.

Jinkz
Jason holding the ball too long, Jansen getting beat, The rest of the sacks were garbage time sacks.
the burgundy and gold
Well, two of them were on Jansen.Jason I count 3 if not 4... Heyer needs to start again.
Mooka
They were coming free on blitzes and getting to Jason with 3 and 4 man rushes. Just a miserable performance by our line tonight all around.
Btubes18
Not to mention our deep threat was not in the game 2nd half...Makes it easy for Pitt to blitz without Moss on the field.
In JC We Trust
Jansen was getting beat like a rag doll and Samuels can't pick up a stunt move to save his life. I thought after the Lions game they would have benched Jansen because of how bad his pass blocking is, but I guess Zorn doesn't watch the tape. God we have a lot of issues to address this bye week, and I hope I see Heyer at RT against the Cowboys.
McD5
3 receivers in the second round doesn't exactly help the situation.
zoony
It was everything. I think a lot of it had to do with playcalling. Teams that are swallowing up your QB like that obviously aren't respecting your run game. But Jansen just flat out got abused tonight. IIRC he was steamrolled 3 times for sacks. A couple were Campbell just not being smart, and a couple were just good plays by them

JoeSkinsfaninNJ
A little of everything, plus the league now knows what the Redskins will do, or what they do best. Unfortunately, they haven't adjusted to the adjustments made against them, yet. Now, we find out about Zorn and Campbell. The true test begins. The bye comes at the right time. Btubes18
Horrible...Not JC's fault I totally agree. His passes were a little high, but with that pass rush any QB's passes would be high. I am surprised that he only threw 1 INT. Steelers D showed up to play tonight.
81artmonk
Yeah I was pretty surprised about that one. Our O-0line doesn't seem to be too consistant. Even though we have played well. There are some games that we won where we didn't block very well and still won. WE need to play better up front to do anything this season. rdskn4eva
JC was scared, but he had no blocking. Or... Because JC had no blocking, he was playing scared
F-16 CHIEF
Outcoached. Everyone but Zorn knew this was coming. He did nothing to stop it. No protection packages. Outcoached again.
Taylorfan2179
We need O line Desperatly. I havent been convinced. Sure we have the leading rusher, but seriously. Not a lot of confidence from me.

Darc Requiem
What running game??? Portis was held to like 50 yards. Portis only had 13 carries. They didn't really stop Clinton we got behind and got away from the run.
Slacky McSlackAss
O-Line was a MAJOR part of the loss tonight. Were a ****ing professional football team that was made to look like a bunch of god damn high schoolers on the offensive line. HOW THE **** DO YOU LET TWO BLITZERS COME CLEAN TOWARDS CAMPBELL!!!!! I just dont ****ing get it. We knew we were gonna get blitzed, but it looked like we didnt prepare for it at all. Jansen had one of the worst games I've ever seen from him, and its clear that he is done as a starter. So lets learn from this game and start getting ready for Dallas.
