blk_rshn
This young man is a stud. Leading the team in tackles and playing sideline to sideline. I am duly impressed and proud that he is a Skin. Way to go Chris. If you're reading this, thank you and keep up the good work.

dfitzo53
I can't believe he didn't tag Reggie Brown down though. He jumped right over him instead.
MonkFan8
That tackle he made on WB on the first drive of the game was great. Not many people can close in on WB and get him down as quickly as Horton did.
Kindred
We need to drill him into touching downed players though.
graffjd
I thought Kareem Moore was a better draft pick, but man am I pleased with how good he looks and our safetys should be incredible for a decade!
TheLongshot
We need to drill him into touching downed players though. Yeah, stupid rookie mistake, but an understandable one since college players are automatically down on plays like that. Jason
ArsheimSkins
The guy is playing lights out. I'm so excited about it! But he shoulda touched down whoever it was!!
corsair_joe
I think his college instincts were still in effect, making him want to jump over and avoid a penalty. coaching can fix that.
CapitalDefense
finally a late round steal, maybe the front office is getting better as well
wysknz1
We need to drill him into touching downed players though. I'll bet he learned that today and it will never happen again.
blk_rshn
Coach even noted in the post game that Chris is still a young player but once he gets it he will be all that we think he is...and more. HTTR!

StillUnknown
he's playing so far above what you expect a 7th round pick, early candidate for DROY.
Voice_of_Reason
I'll bet he learned that today and it will never happen again. My guess is that Blache and the coaching staff will explain the rule change to him again in terms that would burn most of our ears. I don't think that will ever happen again. Rookies. Shaking head. martytheman
Horton is playing lights out ball right now. DROY On a side note, did you guys see stone hands drop ANOTHER int. that hit him in the chest today? man thats frustrating.
wermol
He did make that stupid mistake not tagging whoever of the Eagles it was, but damn its hard to be down on him after the start he has had to the season. Besides he probably remembers this mistake for his life and will never make it again.

zCommander
I was hoping an INT for him today and every game thereafter. He did make that rookie mistake of not touching that player. But he still played really well.
SittingBull
Great performance but still has a lot to learn. It's funny how some people disregard some of his mistakes like that 40 yarder where he didn't touch. I wonder if more people would've taken notice if we lost. Once he can react without thinking and minimize the mental mistakes he'll be diesel.
bulldog
so far, Horton has been the Redskins best offseason acquisition next to Zorn
Capt Rich Fla
I can't believe he didn't tag Reggie Brown down though. He jumped right over him instead. You won't see that again. He'll grind them into the turf from now on. Way to go Chris. He was around the ball all day again.:applause:
RonArtest15
Rogers is just as much at fault for not touching Brown....that being said, I'm happy Horton is playing as well as he is...hopefully he'll keep it up! HTTR
