Rexx1240
Surprised T Harrison took that KO at this stage in his career. Fully expect One Time to completely out class Collazo but we'll see how he handles all this pressure.

StillUnknown
Thurman ain't ready for Mayweather, but I can't blame him for chasing the paycheck. Â Â I think Errol Spence beats him if they match up anytime soon.
Rexx1240
BIG NEWS TODAY FOR HARDCORE FANS: Â "Gary Hyde, the manager of unified super bantamweight (122lbs) world champion Guillermo "The Jackal" Rigondeaux (15-0, 10 KOs), has accepted in principal the offer made by Egis Kilmas, manager of World Boxing Organization (WBO) featherweight (126lbs) champion Vasyl "Hi-Tech" Lomachenko (4-1, 2 KOs), for a Super Fight. Rigondeaux is the reigning World Boxing Association (WBA) Super, WBO and The Ring magazine's super bantamweight champion. Â Cuban-native Rigondeaux, who now lives in Miami, and Ukrainian-born Lomachenko are both two-time Olympic gold medalists." Mr. Sinister
missed the Thurman fight, but I had a feeling Collazo would give him a lil something, if for nothing more than looking past that fight a little bit. Rexx1240
This would be great. Dont see it happening any time soon but if it takes place in the next few years, I think we'd see a lot of happy fans and a LOT more interest in the sport. http://www.badlefthook.com/2015/7/13/8947415/wbc-president-wants-tournament-to-crown-one-champion-in-each-division

Rexx1240
Yea. At this point I'm 95% certain it will be Pacquiao then probably retirement. Floyd's purse for that 50th fight is going to be absolutely bananas.

DM72
somewhat hypocritical of her to go at Mayweather, but declares Tyson her hero I agree and she's been called out on it. There's a lot of people defending her though.

Rexx1240
Ok so I'm hearing that Rigo-Loma was signed and made official a couple hrs ago but I'm not as excited as I was about the initial negotiations. Mainly because for whatever reason Arum has something against my guy Rigo and he basically ****ted on him at the negotiation table. Rigo is easily a 118lb fighter, easily. Loma rehydrates to nearly 140 on fight night. Rigo campaigns at 122, Loma at 26. When the initial offer was extended, the weight was 124lbs with a 132 rehydration. Arum managed to stack the deck against Rigo by discarding the 124 request and leaving it at 126 then making the rehydration 134lbs. But Rigo still put the ink on the dotted line so no excuses. Now more good news is that this fight will likely be the co-main as Tim Bradley vs Kell Brook will likely headline the Top Rank card set to take place in Abu Dhabi. If Brook falls thru then Sadam Ali is plan B. Edited July 16, 2015 by Rexx1240
Rexx1240
I left out another way Rigo was ****ed over in negotiations. Rigo holds the WBO 122lb belt. So in order to take this fight @126, he had to agree to vacate his 122lb title.
