Barney B
Yeah, Eddie's a monster. A friend of mine shot some music videos with Van Halen. One day, at lunchtime, Michael Anthony tossed the keys to his car (worth a hundred Gs, or more) to the grips, and told them to go have fun. My buddy says they were the some of the nicest rock stars he ever met.

Burgold
When I think Rock and Roll I do think more of Buddy Holly, Elvis, Haley and the Comets, the Animals, the Beatles. When I think Rock, I think more of the Who, Zepplin, etc.

DieselPwr44
The Rolling Stones gave themselves that moniker and alot of people bought it. Has to be the Beatles. They changed music.
raperry2
I can count on one hand the Rolling Stones songs I like. Don't even know any Van Halen songs really. Just not my type of music but I'm sure they're good at what they do. The Eagles are my favorite.

Ok, we're talking Rock n Roll here. Not Heavy Metal or Grunge but Rock n Roll. As far as singers go, Paul Rodgers couldn't carry Elvis Presely's jock.
