H-O-G
When Ramsey was put in the game, I quickly realized, why should we play Brunell and Portis if we have the game sealed, and expose them to injuries before a NFC division game. I was joking with my buddy with me at the bar that we just put him in there to make his trade/market value go up
tizzod
No. It was obvious he was just going to hand off until it was over.
H-O-G
he did go 100% completion tho! 1/1 for 8 yards to a 3rd string tight end!
BlitzFiftySix
It was really terrific that the Fed Ex crowd gave him a loud ovation when he entered the game.

Spaceman Spiff
I said "Aw, S---, here comes ramsey." He hands the ball off well though.
Skins24
When Ramsey came in, did I what? :whoknows: I had to read it a couple times to make sure I read it right... I was hoping he'd pass the ball more, just to see how he's progressed, but I knew that wasn't going to happen.
seancarter
No. It was obvious he was just going to hand off until it was over. And they were the best damn handoffs I've ever seen!
DjKam1
From where I was sitting, it seemed as if people were booing. Do not boo Redskin players, it's really bad!
SkinnedUntilRed
Team play, not stat play. That be the Joe Gibbs way, derriere.
Dalecitymike
If he had kept Brunell and Portis in the game and they got injured every media and thread in here would be calling them idiots, but they do the right thing and fans boo?
kappaluvacee
I wasn't nervous when he came in, but I did hope to see if his stuff had improved any since the week 1 outing. Instead I got to see the "master of the handoff" for a good portion of the 4th quarter.
Bang
It was good to see him play, it was good to hear the crowd support him. Overall, yesterday was good. ~Bang
Mr. S
I was excited, we had a lead so I didnt mind. I wanted to see him attempt more passes though, it was kinda dull to see for almost a whole half a bunch of handoffs. I was hoping for him to connect for a td pass, that would help his trade value. If they somehow came back, Brunell coulda just been put in to dominate again anyways.
Om
Honestly? I hoped he wouldn't turn the ball over or make some glaring mistake, so I wouldn't have to spend the next few days putting out fires on ES.
Redsk58417
In that situation? I was happy. Brunell "NOT" injured or stinking it up? I'll take it!
DeanCollins
Honestly?I hoped he wouldn't turn the ball over or make some glaring mistake, so I wouldn't have to spend the next few days putting out fires on ES. Imagine the Crow thread the Ramsey lover's would have if he had thrown a couple long TD passes to Moss (of the same quality that galvanized Brunell)? But in reality, I would've liked to have seen Campbell get so time in, would that have been an insult to Ramsey?
Burgold
I was telling those around me that if Gibbs was Gibbs of old, Ramsey would be in in the fourth quarter. Third quarter is still too much of an insult to the opponents. I was glad to see him call off the dogs and still get 52.
NastyBoy
Honestly?I hoped he wouldn't turn the ball over or make some glaring mistake, so I wouldn't have to spend the next few days putting out fires on ES. That's funny. True, but funny. I had the same feeling. Not that it was of any consequence to the outcome of the game, but I was sitting there hoping for his sake, Ramsey would have a respectable performance. Honestly though I was cringing, waiting for him to make some bone-headed mistake. It felt just like old times! So glad those days are over, as much as I like the kid. E-Dog Night
From where I was sitting, it seemed as if people were booing. Do not boo Redskin players, it's really bad! There were a few boos. Not many, but they were definitely there. We're having the most lopsided victory in years, and people boo. Re-frickin-diculous.

G-Prime
he did go 100% completion tho! 1/1 for 8 yards to a 3rd string tight end! Ramsey is the man.. 100% see I knew he was better then Brunell! =)

EersSkins05
Lets just say that I sat up in my seat when Ramsey came in. If nothing else, it woke the crowd up from the merciless drubbing that was taking place. I was torn though- I wanted him to pass the ball so that I could see if he had improved through practice, but I also knew that passing the ball when leading by 40 points is a sure-fire way to anger the Football Gods, and should be avoided at all costs...
