  1. That wasn't Shakespeare, that was Dragon Warrior IV. Regardless, Jar Jar cannot read Shakespeare even though he's bilingual. Edit: Nice to know that someone here has a sense of humor and is willing to play along... 😛 He never should have removed his mask. And the producers should also make the actor that plays him keep a full metal mask on at all time in public, in case his contract demands get too haughty and they need to replace him.
  2. Well, I stand corrected. And "guy" can be sex neutral. And Leia died in something recently when she flew out into space like a damn blimp. As far as the reincarnation things goes, as Yoda said "noeth not what thou dost not yet know. The future is not thine to see, but remaineth mine."
  3. Well, maybe a couple typos. Sorry, "Mandolorian." Yeeesh...... But you get the point.
  4. Agreed. I really don't like how they made Yoda a baby in the Mandalorian series. Made no sense because he was already dead. I get the whole force ghost thing (actually I don't), but why does he get reincarnated and other guys that died in Return of the Jedi like Vader and Leia don't?? Here's your answer--- wimpy little fan boys who had to see Yoda as a baby.
  5. personally I’d like to see him take a step forward over the 2 games.
  6. A bit OT, but I'm convinced that this franchise simply lacks the type of resources to develop a young quarterback, regardless of who it is. Talent pool is thin for the 2022 draft. We need to sign the best free agent available in 2022, or make a trade. Reaching on a prospect next year is disaster, and waiting until Ron's 4th year here to give him a rookie QB is insane.
  7. Packers 47, WFT 10. Heinickie throws 3 picks, Kyle Allen replaces him, throws 2 more. Aaron Rodgers throws 5 TD passes, 414 yards. Defense gives up over 500 yards.
  8. Ignorance and disrespect tend to go hand in hand. Very rarely does anyone ever intend to disrespect another. It's the "only an idiot would not have known" doctrine, so I believe it is disrespect. Now, if you know its disrespectful and say it anyway, that's what used to be called "fighting words." BTW- Does this guy have a job that doesn't involve following his incredibly talented, level-headed, good-natured (and rich) brother around the country and making him cringe? Social media influencer you might say.... Edit- Oh yeah, the team blew this one big time. Just another WTF moment for what is now the WFT. The organization continues to treat the public like they are a bunch of idiots that exist to be bamboozled. DIdn't think we'd all see through this one, eh? Is Danny really sitting out like he was supposed to be?
  9. I went to the Chiefs/Redskins game in 2009 (Fan Revolt I, Zorn era), and I don't recall seeing a bunch of Chiefs fans there, or the tomahawk chop. That was the game where Portis has a 78 yard run, but more or less died before reaching the endzone. I think that may have been worse than Fan Revolt II in 2013 (Shannahan era). Not quite as bad as Fan Revolt III (Gruden 2019).
  10. I've told my two young children that Aikman, Johnston, and Romo are terrible announcers, hate the Redskins, and are rooting for the Cowboys during the broadcasts. Don't worry, they'll all be washed up losers within 3 years. But AIkman/Buck, Romo, and Johnston will insist that they are all pros. Edit: BTW- Johnston looks like he's aged 20 years in the past 5 years. I was shocked when I saw him on a telecast earlier this years. I hope he's alright. Starting to look like Pat Summerall. Daryl Johnston 2021 (age 55) Pat Summerall in 2008 (age 78) Summerall was a great announcer. These retired Cowboys fools could learn a lot from watching his old tapes. Last Edit: I just look at Daryl Johnston's wikipedia page, and it refers to this him continuing "his esteemed broadcasting career." Tried to edit the article to remove the word "esteemed" and replace it with "completely unnecessary and idiotic" but the website blocked my IP address.
  11. What would be best is if, prior to hiring of a coach or top level executive, the league mandated a polygraph examination to investigate which the subject has ever uttered a racist/misogynistic/homophobic epithet, or ever had a racist/misogynistic/homophobic thought. Lie detector tests are fairly accurate (google says 87% of the time), so this would be a very effective way of procuring the types of leaders the league needs. After all, most of these racists/misogynists/homophobes are probably smart enough not put their thoughts in writing, or those writings will never see the light of day. BTW- Not just white men would need to take the polygraph. How many people are going to pass the test? My guess is about 13%.
  12. Some of the keywords and phrases they might want to consider using when searching through the emails from the Redskins server: (1) boobs, (2) "big boobs", (3) hooters, (4) poopy-pants, (5) "dumb B****es" (6) "hahaha homo erectus who named that" (7) "Goodell smells" (8) "**** for brains" and "Jay Gruden" (9) "cornball brother" (10) "chick referees" (11) "lesbian referees" (12) "RGIII for MVP", (13) "RGIII's return" (14) "RGIII looks rusty" (15) "Let's sit RGIII to rest him" (16) "Let's Bench RGIII" (17) "trade RGIII for draft pick", and (18) "trade RGIII for bag of footballs," and (19) "Release RGIII"
  13. Sheehan is still the best option in the morning, even though his show was so much better with Cooley. The junkies are okay. I can't get into Travis Thomas, just feel like its a different wave length. if its past 9am i switch over to the Junkies. What 980 did with its lineup really harmed drive-in and drive-home radio. I don't know why anyone would listen to most of that crap, other than Sheehan who I'm sure will be looking elsewhere at his first opportunity.
  14. Ummm.... Sorry guys, we're stuck with them for the foreseeable future. Can you imagine the type of scandal it would be if they decide to get rid of all three of them after one year? That's a problem.
  15. Matt Gaetz MIdget that Disney tried to jam into the role of young Han Solo, forever ruining nerd fantasies across the world:
  16. Maybe infinitely small is simply a concept but not reality. Speed is limited. Is mass limited? Lack of mass? Can a particle if exist without mass? If so, how do you observe it?
  17. Ok, so I didn't write any of this. Havent posted in weeks and got some alerts. looks like somebody went ahead and used my account to have some kind of a mental venting session. Probably that hitch hiker I'm renting my guest house to. Pretty interesting stuff.
  18. So last Thursday i got caught in driving while in the middle of that horrible storm. Pull over to the side of the road, and my vehicle was struck by lightning. It was as if the electricity passed through my body down through the vehicle and into the ground, not like it hit me but a definite jolt of electricity. Made it home and started having a migraine headache. Lasted for like 24 hours, then it cleared up. During the next hour, I had this moment of intellectual clarity like I've never had before. Almost like an engine that you crank up but can't stop turn off. I started thinking, and then jotted down some notes. This is what i came up with in bits and pieces: Chaos theory, particular event, no matter how small, will ripple through time and affect all later events. Therefore every action we take must, by definition, affect the course of the future. Not true. Regression to the mean, demonstrated best in statistical surveying. More units in sample, greater chance of determining true value. standard deviation quickly because infinitely small. Interaction of time and distance works same way. Ripples dissipates as time progresses, distance becomes greater. Magnitude of effect of remote viewer (M) = (Time (T) * Distance from remote viewer (D) / Magnitude of Initial Displacement Event (I)) / (D * speed of light (S)) Quantum mechanics demonstrates that infinitely small particles behave/interact in patterns impossible to predict. Once threshold reached, effect is no longer measureable due to regression to mean. Speed of light is universal ceiling. Quantum foam. Chaos theory disproven. No idea what this means. Migraines are gone thankfully.
  19. I agree, Trump and autism had nothing to do with any of this. Thank god this guy made a return from our childhood to save us all and repent for all of his historical misdeeds:
  20. So basically 93 out of 100 cars sniffed returned a positive, then 40 percent of those positives were actually a negative, so 36 of the 93 were false positives, and 57 were true positives. Of the true positives, only 50% were bull**** reasons anyway, which means the out of the original 100, only 28.5 were really positive. And out of those 28.5, all of them were for marijuana which we all know you can smoke and drive as long as you even it out with a couple beers. So ZERO positives. This was a very, very bad dog.
  21. There is no reason Rainey should be put into a game again this season unless it's absolutely necessary. Let him sit or dfa him. There's 5 other guys in the bullpen that are more reliable right now. Davey needs to put someone in that gives them a chance to win.
  22. I heard that interview, and I have to say that Manusky sounded like a guy that's been out of football for the past 25+ years. He was asked about his biggest disappointments, and he actually said that it was Alex Smith's injury because he was having such a great season up to that point in 2018. Now, there's surely some debate regarding how well Alex had played, with the reasonable range being anywhere from "a bit underwhelming" to "pretty good." Never heard anyone try to say it was great. Any time he was asked about a particular player, he just said how great the player was and how well things had come together when he has there. Again, I realize it's not a good look to go on the radio to say something negative about your former teams or its players, but to suggest that things had come together on his defense was just idiotic. After all, it appears that the main reason the defense was successful last season was because he was no longer allowed in the building (perhaps Chase Young had something to do with it as well).
