It kind of looks like he does that all the time. I mean, he was using the same hand gestures as he usually does on television, and his inflections were the same. If you're upset about a workplace incident (and you're the boss), say what you have to say one time, forcefully, and be done with it. Make sure everyone understands it. But to prattle on and on like that is unnecessary, unprofessional and counterproductive. I wonder if this was an isolated incident or if he blows up like this all the time. Well, if one of his staff took the chance with his job security to abscond with the footage and put it on YouTube, I'm guessing the latter. Most TV personalities always think they are better than the other people working to make the show, and they treat them like crap.
