Part of why I do it is to improve myself as a coach. I watch schematics and techniques and try to keep my eyes quick and observant so I can ID issues quickly in game scenarios. I’ve picked up a few things from these guys that I’ve worked with my guys.

All of our rivals did except us.  A top TE in round 1 would have changed our whole draft.  We messed up.
