The Sisko
From what I can tell, Substack isn’t really much of a thing. However, wouldn’t what Apartheid Clyde is doing be considered anti-competitive? Oh wait, that’s only in countries with real anti-trust laws.

China
Twitter could be facing slew of fines in Germany over illegal hate speech Elon Musk’s Twitter could be on the hook for a pipeline of multimillion-dollar penalties for failing to take down illegal hate speech in Germany. Fines could even stack up to billions if the federal government acts on the scores of cases of content moderation inaction that have already been reported to it and German courts confirm the law has been breached. Earlier this week, the federal government announced it was instigating a procedure over suspected systemic failures under the country’s hate speech takedowns law. The law, known colloquially as NetzDG, allows for fines of up to €50 million per case. Click on the link for the full article 1 1

@DCGoldPants
It's easy to say "All it would take is X to go to another platform like https://spoutible.com/ and then Y would follow them..." but that is kind of true. Lebron James goes and all his friends do too. Then ESPN follows them. Then the NBA itself. Entertainers. Rihanna? Taylor Swift? Lady Gaga? Just pick one and go and watch millions of followers come along to whatever platform they choose. ****, invest in the platform to run it "woke"... meaning, with moderators on things like hate speech and bots.

Sure there are other manufactures that sell them, but most of them gave major draw backs. Tesla still has the objectively best charging infrastructure, battery tech, and driver assistance features. There are a plethora of other options these days that involve slightly less battery range but can come in at a lower cost, with “driver assistance features” that won’t run down small children, and also don’t feature vehicles locking their passengers inside while roasting them in a battery fire. 1

List them bro. But I wasn’t talking about range. I was talking about battery tech. Two different things. You can put a large **** battery in a car and achieve greater range. I am talking about thermal management, efficiency, ect. I believe Chevy recently discovered the importance of thermal management in batteries. FSD has never ran over a child and all cars can catch fire if you drive like a maniac while drunk 🤷♀️ Edited April 10, 2023 by CousinsCowgirl84

All you have to do is list one ev that has better charging tech, superior charging network, and superior driver assist. Just one. Hell, show me a car that excels in just one of those areas.
