It seems like such an obvious and massive blunder and yet Elon seems set on this course of action. Verification would add tremendous value. It would say this person is exactly who they claim to be. Thats something that should have been extended to more users. More verification is better. instead he’s giving trolls a great gimmick for a very low price.
