My bias toward a bit less of a need is that it is almost impossible to get a top FA OT in free agency, so I wanted to lock that position for years to come. Selected Malik Nabers, WR LSU (thanks @gooseneck - While he will not be mistaken for MHJ, I believe Malik Nabers and the #23 pick are > than MHJ. Kyler Murray needs a legitimate threat. He would have one with Nabers. He is very very good WR. Pick #23 - As a result of trading #4 - Chop Robinson Edge, Penn State - This guy is a beast. Really fast - ran a 4.48 at the combine. great for an edge rusher. He just reeks athletisism. Takes great pursuit angles and is just very disruptive. And the Cards need help on the D Line even though they signed a few in free agency. This guy could be special. Pick #27 - Jackson Powers-Johnson - IOL - He is really a center, a natural stud at C and should push for a starting role right away if not, then by net year. I had other plans here but some people don't know when to leave other peoples potential draft picks alone!! 😡 We will just leave it at that for now. 😜 It's only rd 1 and I feel like the Cards have already had a full draft.
