these already exist, they are called body suits and are really popular among women. The joke is the guy version looks ridiculous. 
 

my wife wears them all the time mostly the thong versions so she’s just accepted the wedgie. Since we have a daughter I joke that these are my wife’s onesies and that they match etc. good times

Eh, figured I would sit this right here. This is the Spider-Man movie we didn’t get, but definitely deserve. Spider-Man? Spider-woman? If this picture represents Spider-Man, well…..I’m confused…….9/10 would still be interested. The 1 missing is just in case my web slinger doesn’t work
