Donald Trump’s Lawyer Alina Habba and Husband Owe Over $1 Million in Liens and Warrants

Birds of a feather flock together! Turns out that Donald Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba and her husband, Gregg Reuben, owe more than one million dollars in liens and warrants, In Touch can exclusively reveal.

Habba, 39, currently has two active liens filed against her law firm in the state of Maine by the Department of Labor. She and her law firm, Sandelands Eyet LLP owe $1,146, according to paperwork reviewed by In Touch and filed on December 3, 2021. Another tax lien against her LLP was filed on October 24, 2022, for the amount of $1,047.

Meanwhile, Habba’s hubby, Reuben, has a staggering amount of active state tax warrants in New York from Albany county that list him individually, as well as his LLCs. Reuben, 51, owes two payments of $93,628 and $179,335 that were filed on August 22, 2016, $484,323 from November 12, 2020 and $59,295 from April 6, 2022. And several other of his LLCs were also hit with tax liens totaling more than $770,000, which he is personally liable for.

“A lien is filed in a way that is attached to anything you own [and can be] real estate or personal property,” explains Jeremy Wallace, a lawyer who specializes in real estate and bankruptcy in New Jersey. “Theoretically, they can come and raid your house and take your Rolexes. And it can spiral, if you cannot pay one year, why pay the next year and so on.” Reuben and Habba’s many tax warrants will hinder their ability to buy or sell property until they are paid off, Wallace added.

Can't believe Joe Biden did this. Prices for organic ranch turkeys are too much!

The replies are golden. Basically he's a former Republican congressman who is bad with money and blames a Democrat when he overspends on one from a woke California day spa for Turkeys. No wonder they terrible with the budget.

Trump Rages Over Rally Crowd Size Reports: 'We Never Have Empty Seats'

Former President Donald Trump is lashing out over "fake news" reports of under-attended rallies, while claiming that his political events "never have empty seats."

Trump, the leading Republican candidate in the 2024 presidential election, has repeatedly boasted about his support and the size of his crowds since launching his political career. While his events are often filled with dedicated supporters, photos and video of some rallies have suggested that they are not always at capacity.

The former president blasted the media for publishing photos of empty seats, insisting that "thousands of people get sent away" from every Trump rally in a Truth Social post on Wednesday. He argued that images appearing to suggest otherwise were of "once fully occupied areas and seats" that had been cleared out due to supporters rushing the stage at the beginning of his rallies.

Trump, who said earlier this month that a rally in Florida was attended by several times more people than the venue was capable of holding, urged the media to "get on board" with his claims about crowd size or risk "going out of business" due to a "lack of credibility."

New questions raised about Trump pardon that 'destroyed' massive DOJ investigation

With an eye on the possibility that Donald Trump could be re-elected president in 2024, new questions are being raised about a pardon he issued in the waning moments before he left office in 2021 and son-in-law Jared Kushner's involvement.

At issue was the surprise pardon of New Yorker Jonathan Braun who had only served a quarter of his ten-year sentence for running a massive marijuana ring and was being investigated for predatory lending coupled with violent threats against his victims at the time of the Trump commutation.

According to a report from the New York Times, the Trump pardon of Braun "destroyed" a Department of Justice investigation into predatory lending nationwide where negotiations were underway with Braun to provide evidence.

The Times is reporting, "The commutation dealt a substantial blow to an ambitious criminal investigation being led by the Justice Department’s U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan aimed at punishing members of the predatory lending industry who hurt small businesses. Mr. Braun and prosecutors were in negotiations over a cooperation deal in which he would be let out of prison in exchange for flipping on industry insiders and potentially even wearing a wire. But the commutation instantly destroyed the government’s leverage on Mr. Braun."

MAGA 'Prophet' Claims Biden Admin Covering Up Killings in White House

Pastor Julie Green, a self-proclaimed "prophet" and supporter of Donald Trump's Make America Great Again (MAGA) movement, recently claimed that President Joe Biden's administration is covering up killings in the White House.

Green frequently posts videos on streaming channels for her Julie Green Ministries International in which she shares messages that she claims God sends to her. During a livestream posted on the right-wing social media platform Rumble on Friday morning, she said that "there has been a lot of death that is at the White House that they have tried to coverup."

Newsweek is not aware of any reports of killings or unusual deaths in Biden's White House.

Green added that it is not only the Biden administration covering up these deaths. "There has been more congressmen, that you didn't even know, and senators. Yes, you will know because truth is starting to flow—flow like never before."

1)  Gee.  Can't imagine why Trump would want to derail a DOJ investigation into the predatory lending industry.

2)  But the other side of me reflects that if your investigation depends on just one witness, I wonder how solid the information was.

Watch: Trump met with loud boos as he pulls up to South Carolina football game

Donald Trump made a big deal of attending the South Carolina "Palmetto Bowl," where he hoped to show up his GOP rival Nikki Haley at her alma mater, but a video shows the crowd wasn't quite as excited.

Trump teased the appearance on Truth Social, saying hours earlier that he was "getting ready to leave for the Great State of South Carolina, to attend the Palmetto Bowl."

"Will be a terrific game. See you all later!" he wrote.

But his appearance itself was a bit of a mixed bag, according to video provided by Fox Carolina Sports Director Beth Hoole.

"Trump was met with a massive amount of boos as his SUV arrived at the Palmetto Bowl in Columbia South Carolina," according to Republicans against Trump.

A reporter posted, "You can hear the boo's and explicit welcome Trump received as his SUV arrived at Williams-Brice for the Palmetto Bowl."

Trump Lashes Out At ‘The Atlantic’ After Brutal Article Details His Recent Rhetoric: ‘Frighteningly Clear About What He Wants’

Former President Donald Trump took aim the The Atlantic on Saturday and personally attacked its owner Laurene Powell Jobs.

“It’s so good to see how badly the THIRD RATE MAGAZINE, The Atlantic, is doing,” Trump said of the storied publication.

“It’s failing at a level seldom seen before, even in the Publishing Business. False and Fake stories do it every time! They’ve got a rich person funding the ridiculous losses, but at some point, rich people get smart also. Steve Jobs would not be proud of his wife, Laurene, and the way she is spending his money. The Radical Left is destroying America!”

Trump’s first jab at Powell Jobs came after the magazine editor-in-chief, Jeffrey Goldberg, published a piece titled, “Trump: Americans Who Died in War Are ‘Losers’ and ‘Suckers.’” In the article, Goldberg laid out in devastating detail Trump’s disgust with U.S. military veterans who were killed or injured fighting for the country. The article was later confirmed by former Trump chief of staff John Kelly, who was Goldberg’s source for the story and whose own son was killed in battle.

Trump’s most recent jab comes days after Peter Wehner wrote a piece titled, “Have You Listened Lately to What Trump Is Saying?” In the article, which ran with a subtitle warning, “He is becoming frighteningly clear about what he wants,” Wehner argues that Trump’s recent rhetoric and threats made against his fellow Americans are not only undemocratic but also anti-Christian.

John Eastman whines about legal fees: 'Trying not to deplete my wife's retirement fund'

Far-right attorney John Eastman, one of former President Donald Trump's co-defendants in the Georgia election racketeering case, told conservative publicationThe Federalist his legal expenses in the case have left him in a dire financial situation.

Eastman, founder of the right-wing Claremont Institute-affiliated Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence and a former law professor at Chapman University, told Julie Kelly on her "Declassified" podcast that he is facing down $3 million to $3.5 million in legal fees to defend the case, brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis against the former president, Eastman, and over a dozen other accused co-conspirators.

According to Eastman, his legal defense fund has only raised about a sixth of what it needs. “I’m trying very hard not to completely deplete my wife’s retirement fund," he said.
