No one lies and schills to their audiences like the right wing.  Unfortunately the talk show schtick got so popular, they convinced their voters they want Rush Limbaugh running the country.  Was 2016 also a rigged election?

Why are they so hard over to convince people elections are rigged?  And attack the election workers?  We are 3 years into this garbage.  County clerks self audit, etc....

Mike Lindell’s Big ‘Election Crime’ Summit Flops at the Start

MAGA pillow magnate Mike Lindell kicked off his latest “election crime” summit on Wednesday by boasting how the “important” event would once and for all provide a “plan to secure our elections immediately.”

In true Lindell fashion, of course, the event went off the rails in only a matter of minutes, after he mistakenly aired a video of Jimmy Kimmel.

During a conversation with The Daily Beast last month in which he laid out his “My Cousin Vinny” plan to defeat Dominion Voting System’s $1.3-billion defamation lawsuit against him, Lindell previewed this event. Promising that it would “fix the elections” and “everyone is gonna love this,” Lindell wondered why no one had ever thought of this before. At the same time, he claimed this week’s summit would help him defeat the Dominion suit over his baseless election fraud claims because of the overwhelming evidence he’d supposedly reveal.

Following the indictment of former President Donald Trump for attempting to overthrow Georgia’s election results, Lindell further hyped up the Missouri conference by calling Trump the “real president” and vowing to unveil the “perfect,” divine-ordained plan to “bring hope to our country.” The pillow mogul added that he “kept this plan to secure our elections completely secret” and would reveal it all at the event.

However, at the start of Wednesday’s confab, Lindell told the crowd that he wouldn’t show any new evidence of rampant voter fraud, adding that he’d already shown enough in the past. After taking the stage, a screen blared “Election Crime Bureau” behind him.

Trump Lawyer Alina Habba Confronts Fox’s Steve Doocy: ‘You Used to Love Trump…I Gotta Tell You!’

Trump lawyer Alina Habba appeared to confront Fox & Friends co-host Steve Doocy for his growing skepticism towards defenses put forth by former President Donald Trump and his surrogates.

Habba was invited to the curvy couch at Fox News to address the recent indictment brought forth by Fulton County DA Fani Willis against her client. After her initial dismissal of charges, claiming that Trump’s right to due process was violated, Doocy brought up a recent NY Post column written by Fox News legal contributor Andy McCarthy.

“I’ve heard from a lot of legal analysts, and they say what is different about this case than the federal cases is Georgia has laws that are specifically tailored to election interference and things like that,” Doocy noted. “Andy McCarthy, a Fox News contributor, and also, he wrote an op-ed in the New York Post, he said that the Georgia indictment is the most perilous threat to former President Trump. Does President Trump know that this is a perilous threat?”

“And we do not agree that it is a perilous threat because we actually have inside information,” Habba replied.

“What inside information?” Doocy pressed.

“The inside information, Steve,” she began to reply before taking something of an affable dig at Doocy. “And you know, you used to love Trump… I got to tell you.”

Disbarment proceedings against ‘coup memo’ author John Eastman should move forward despite Georgia RICO case that could take ‘several years’: California State Bar

The State Bar of California says disbarment proceedings against conservative attorney John Eastman should continue despite his recent indictment on RICO charges in Fulton County, Georgia.

In a filing with the State Bar Court late Tuesday, chief trial counsel for the Golden State’s attorney licensing and disciplinary organization said the 11-count case against the embattled attorney should stick to its present schedule and resume as planned on Aug. 22.

Disciplinary hearings against Eastman began in June. They are currently paused due to scheduling issues because the proceedings went on much longer than originally anticipated by the State Bar Court.

On Aug. 7, Eastman’s defense attorneys Randall Miller and Zachary Mayer filed a motion to stay the disciplinary case indefinitely by way of a procedure called abatement. Alternatively, the motion asked for a three-month stay “pending resolution of the ongoing federal criminal investigation” into former president Donald Trump’s failed efforts “to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election.”

Eastman’s effort to pump the brakes on his disbarment case were premised on uncertainty over Trump’s then-extant federal indictment on various conspiracy charges. In that indictment, Eastman is widely believed to be referenced as unindicted “co-conspirator 2.”

Three days later, the State Bar replied that the 45th president’s federal indictment was no reason to delay Eastman’s case — since the right-wing lawyer was already well aware of his potential criminal exposure, and had been for years. This awareness, State Bar attorney Duncan Carling argued, was evident when Eastman pleaded the Fifth Amendment before both the U.S. House of Representatives’ Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 riots and Fulton County prosecutors.

“This is nothing more than an opportunistic attempt to delay the decision in respondent’s State Bar case, as his situation with regard to potential criminal charges is the same today as when the trial started,” last week’s filing by the state bar’s lead prosecutor reads.

“Now, halfway through the trial, the State Bar would be highly prejudiced by delaying the completion of trial and a decision in this case for what could be several years,” the state bar’s Tuesday motion argues. “Delaying the further presentation of evidence also risks loss of evidence.”
