NoCalMike
The Alex Smith we are seeing tonight is what my hopes are for what becomes of Kirk Cousins. Cousins has the same athleticism to extend plays but he tends not to use it. Not sure why, maybe it's not in his instincts to use his feet to extend plays, but anytime a play is designed for him to use his legs, he shows that he has that element to his game. Birdlives
2 things I think I think. 1. Eric Berry in his prime is what ST would have been late in his career. If/when Andy Reid retires from coaching I would not mind 1 bit if we hired him as president of football operations. So glad he left our division. JaxJoe
Where does the ball get spotted if you want to go for the 2-point conversion?
ExoDus84
Wow. Chiefs look seriously impressive tonight, and I've never seen Alex Smith play this well. Amazing job so far. 1 minute ago, JaxJoe said: Where does the ball get spotted if you want to go for the 2-point conversion? The two yard line. Going Commando
Great defense at all levels. Great offensive line. Good receivers. Great rookie running back. Excellent special teams. Steady as she goes QB that almost never ****s up. Great coach. The Chiefs are going to run away with their division. They've got a Superbowl formula. It would be laughable to even put him in a discussion for being among the top 10 in the league. That said, he doesn't deserve the crap people talk about him. He's better than he's given credit for. He had a rocky start to his career, but he's since turned it around and become a respectable QB. He's a journeyman who doesn't get the benefit of starting with a low profile due to being a 1st overall pick.

Kirk has a really different personality and playing style. He's a gunslinger whereas Smith is ultra-conservative. Kirk has a better arm too. He can be much more of a playmaker than Smith. And people seem to take it for granted that Derek Carr is going to be fully recovered this year despite the fact he suffered his injury so late in the season. The NFC South is much better. The NFC East is probably better too.

Rufus T Firefly
The NFL is way overdue in finding a way to cut down on ST penalties. It really takes the joy out of returns that you just assume there is going to be a flag on every one. I don't know exactly what you do about it, but they should have worked on it. Going Commando
NFC North has three good teams too. This is a straight up ass pounding by KC. New England would be down by 30 if KC hadn't spotted them 200 yards in penalties. They're outclassed in every facet and getting dominated at the LoS. Destino
Is KC's blocking that good or do the Pats have a garbage front seven?
zCommander
Like I said before the half. KC needs to come out after the half and do a better job than the Pats. So far they are in the driver's seat.
