He's privy

he just doesn't listen

Does trump strike you as the type of person who could sit in a 20 minute long presentation on the most important aspects of his job?

Remember when Trump posted a tweet congratulating himself on his great meeting with the President of the Virgin Islands?

(Trump IS the President of the Virgin Islands. He met with the Governor.)

Nothing to see here, just coincidence....

Rand Paul’s Russian embassy meeting.

This tweet was soon deleted and replaced with a tweet identical with the exception of two deleted words...”improving” and “restoring”.

lol. He must have forgot Putin saying he wanted Trump to win.

"They definitely don't want Trump."

Well I'm glad Trump is agreeing to be up for election again in 2018 so we have a shot to kick him out.

Also holy **** this is the President of the United States saying this #whatthe****isgoingon

Ah yes. Been waiting for that tweet for a bit. Had to know that one was coming sooner or later in one form or the other. Sigh.

Edit. Like the timing on that tweet too considering the earlier story from Reuters.

So the floor is 27%

I think the floor is 38%, with 11% of people willing to swallow Trump the awful human in exchange for Republican-style governance.  In other words, 27% are the true koolaid drinkers, another 11% don't like him but will tolerate him b/c they are actual conservatives.

Then they aren’t true Conservatives.

Explain.

No ACTUAL Conservative supports Trump, look at George Will. Neo-Con or otherwise actual Conservatives abandoned Trump, they are the Never Trumpers. The 11% staying with the party are loyalists.

I disagree.  Will doesn't support Trump, sure.  So that puts him in a totally different bucket.  The 11%, according to the Q, are people that approve of Trump but are not proud that he's President.  I think those people, and you can call them whatever you want, like that Trump is doing Republican things (appointing conservative judges, slashing government programs, cutting rich people taxes (collectively known as conservatism)), they just don't like all the baggage that comes with it (Trump's latent assholism), but accept it as the cost of doing business.  Think Koch Brother, or anyone else that really doesn't give a **** about anything other than their personal tax bill.

And as long as they'll accept is as the cost of doing business, you have to include them in "the floor."

Ok, but those aren’t Conservatives. Conservatives. Those are greedy ****s who only want to pay less taxes. But when you look at historic Conservatism, Trump ain’t it. The only thing left to assume is that they are the loyalists, like twa, the millionaires, and the floor. Loyalists will eventually have a breaking point, and the rich will break as soon as their support costs them money.

We’re arguing about labels here which doesn’t mean much, but anyone who still strongly supports Trump’s work in Helsinki is the floor. Trump was lower that 38% approval last year, so that simply by definition CANNOT be the floor.

The floor appears to be about 37%.

Er, Conservative largely means greedy ****ers who only want to pay less taxes.

No, he ain't.  That doesn't mean conservatives don't support him.  They do.
