Boss_Hogg
So essentially they burned their favorite team's colors and logo because of a few bad games by a QB who actually made them relevant after years of embarrassment and buffoonery.

Taylor703
Perhaps they should have to suffer watching Rosenfels and Carr again and maybe they will appreciate what they have....

Houston have one of the most talented teams in the NFL yet underachieve. They have a problem with coaching and Schaub. Andre Johnson and his HOF career made them relevant. Then Watt and Foster made them a playoff team. Schaub is just along for the ride. He is not a great player. Burning jerseys is always stupid, but Schaub is average. Mr. Sinister
Yeah I agree. They sucked before Schaub, but you have to assess this team as it stands currently. They were dominant for portions of last year, before injuries crept in, and before Schaub started to self destruct towards the end of the regular season. He is like a cement block, dragging that team down into the abyss. He is more of a system guy than a guy that will make a play and get his team out of a bind, and deliver in crunchtime. Boss_Hogg
I'll admit I don't watch a lot of Texans games but I remember them being horrid for many years. Schaub is a painfully average game managing QB; like Joe Flacco. But he did help that team emerge from the depths of despair into a contender. Gibbs Hog Heaven
Why would you burn the jersey of your own team after paying so much for it? People are strange. Hail.
TheGoodBits
They still run a very similar offense to Kyle's. Makes them an intriguing potential trade partner for Cousins.
martytheman
Schaub reminds me of Romo sits to pee, in that he can't get it done consistently against good teams. He's good enough to keep around and win games, but not good enough to get a team over the hump. Funny they both play for Texas teams.
the burgundy and gold
Why would you burn the jersey of your own team after paying so much for it? People are strange. Hail. I'm assuming alcohol probably has a role in that decision making process.

shangster
OMG...the Houston media is going to give Matt Schaub the late season Tony Romo sits to pee treatment, but X 3, one for each pick 6.
TradeTheBeal!
Dudes confidence is gone. I wouldn't let Matt Schaub run the grill at a Waffle House right now. Dude is trapped in a glass case of emotion.
