This was the signing that needed to happen this week, to add depth at a shallow unit.

Seems we are going with young guy who can play teams route as opposed to aging vet route.

Found this article hilarious. Good refresher about how one year's camp wonders are next year's roster casualties. Good to keep in mind about guys like Crawford, etc.

Yes, we needed someone learning the defense immediately.

anybody have a report on this guy and what he brings to the table? If he's a good special teams player, that's fine then. That's what Bernstine was really going to give us this year

24 years old from Texas A&M. Had 27 starts in college and 3 starts with the Panthers over the last 2 years. (info via @grantpaulsen on twitter)

A development project. Hopefully the Redskins already had their list in place due to the S situation and this guy was near the top.

Alright now what are we doing about a long snapper lol

the bigger question is how are we going to handle the roster spot for another LS.

we either have to IR Sundberg.. or we have to cut someone to make room for another LS.

if we IR Sundberg, the new rules allow him to be brought back after week 8. But you can only do that with 1 player.
