Smurf3
When will the true fans (not the social/political/in thing to do class) realize that Snyder couldn't care less about winning football games? All he cares about is selling out 8 home games a year and then developing a marketing plan for the next off season in order to dupe the faithful into having hope for the next season. The Washington Redskins under Snyder is a marketing organization disguised as an NFL football team. Please stop going to games. Boycott the rest of the season starting with this coming Sunday. If this is just rehashing an old theme, so be it until other posters stop posting threads as if the Redskins are a serious football organization. Capt. Kaos
Let me get this straight........ Season Ticket Holders that have already paid for the rest of the games should just not go?? Are you going to reimburse them? If not this idea is just plain ridiculous.

Reign
Well, let's see... if you don't sell out the stadium, the NFL will put a blackout on the game, which means the DC area will not be able to watch it. So there's one flaw to your plan. Second, It's pretty obvious that Snyder has taken a back seat this year and handed complete control over to his Head Coach and General Manager. You're right, complete PR stunt to sell tickets there! And lastly... The Redskins are the second highest grossing franchise in the NFL. Even if you stop going to games, their merchandise will still sell, other people will still buy tickets (even other team's fans) and the other sources of revenue will still be available, not to mention the God Awful reserve of money they must have saved.... I think your plan is fundamentally flawed. Let's go back to the drawing board and make a new one... How about Bags on heads? Or big signs telling people how much they suck? Oh, I KNOW! Tin Foil hats that read "The Sky is FALLING!" We're on the right track now!

Duckus
Why? What does any of this have to do with Snyder? We already did our revolt and WE WON. Remember last year? Jesus people. Snyder gave up control of this team. He hired a GM. A good one. He hired a coach. A Super Bowl winning, highly respected one. What the **** do you want him to do? Seriously. What can Dan Snyder do to make you happy? God our fans are stupid.

This board is not for you and neither is that stadium. In my eyes you are not welcome there no matter what shirt you are wearing.

Drew_Fl
we're not the freaking Panthers where the owner has flat out given up on the team to be cheap and save money. at least snyder has opened his checkbook repeatedly even if it backfires most times. he gives the fans a reason to get excited. one of these times, it has to work. s0crates
I think boycotting all the games is an obviously bad idea, as several posters have pointed out. However, I do think the fans making a statement is a good idea. If you could organize a boycott of just one game to make a statement, or maybe if you could organize a game where everybody wears paper bags over their head or something, then that might make the kind of statement you want. Another blowout like this, and such a statement by the fans would be in order.
