It's hard to win games when you get shelled from three and can't make them for yourself. Randy needs to be fired after the season is over. Make that +24. The Pistons color guy is embarrassing. Yeah he NBA is all about wide open offensive attacks and we're trying to grind away in the halfcourt game, which can be fine except our offensive system is terrible and too reliant on mid range jumpers(the most inefficient shot in the game). He doesn't know how to change things because he's a terrible offensive coach so unless guys start hitting shots the wizards are going to continue the death spiral they are in. Not sure where they go for the right now. Pretty confident that Ted and Ernie have no interest in finding that guy right now. Might want too much power.
