Any young player gets benched for a good number of games for that. Golden? Nah no changes. Double standard for vets and young players is the hallmark of every crappy coach that has ever existed. Destino Posted March 26, 2015 Share Posted March 26, 2015 Even with Beal going down with the injury, Wittman still couldn't find any minutes that half for our 3rd overall pick.  Ask yourself this. What young player has this strategy worked for? Beal and Wall never got that treatment from this organization. Gilbert admitted this was Wall's team immediately after he was drafted, and Wall played until his body gave out no matter what happened. Jordan Crawford had a problem with Beal getting more minutes than he thought his play deserved and they dumped him like a bad habit. Who are the only two young players that this team has developed? ... Right.  So in comes Wittman and gives Vesely, Singleton, Seraphin, Rice, and Otto the tough love. You can see where this is going.  Wittman is a disaster of a coach. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

He is so ****ing frustrating to watch. And this team is a DIRECT reflection of him. He gets out coached by EVERY coach. His team makes stupid ****ing mistakes on offense AND DEFENSE. Instead of helping of a 4, they help off the other teams best outside shooters. John Wall is the only reason this team isn't a lottery team. And why do Gortat and Nene insist on shooting 18' jumpers late in the game and early in the shot clock? From 10 up to a loss in under 3 minutes.
