ADF
If you are going to draft a QB in the top of the first round, you are better off going with a guy who has started at least three seasons in college. This is especially true if you plan on him playing him right away. They are usually better prepared and you have a larger body of work to judge them on. It is good for the scouts that Locker is staying for another season. Missing most of the 2008 season set him back.
MrJL
what's hilarious is that the second this thing is released it's wrong. Locker is staying in school.
Chicken Fried
Ummmm I hope not, two words, Jemarcus Russell WTF? Russell is slow, fat, has a big arm and limited accuracy. Bradford is skinny, has an average arm, and is incredibly accurate. I don't see the comparison at all.
alwaysaskin
No way, I like Walter football's mock better, last week they had Okung slipping to us. trade back and get Davis, if we can't then get Eric Berry

mi6
In what way exactly does Bradford remind you of Russell? They are nothing alike as prospects. If you want someone more like Russell, look at Ryan Mallett. Both of those guys are basically huge arms with little else in their favor. Bradford is poised, super accurate, has a fast release, and was incredibly productive. Bradford would have been the first overall pick last year. To get him with the 6th pick would represent good value. Bradford is accurate on short routes. IMHO, the guy doesn't have an NFL arm to go deep. With the injuries, I wouldn't risk pick #6 on him. If we are going to draft a QB, lets get one that is tall, thin, strong armed, accurate, with great football IQ. We maybe able to pick someone up in the lower rounds. mistertim
drew brees had the same shoulder issue and recovered fine Adrian peterson was considered injury prone look at him That is true about Brees. But we're talking about a guy who was traded for a second round pick so if he doesn't work out it would suck, but not be a huge setback. With Bradford we're talking about a #6 overall pick as well as a huge monetary investment. If he busts or ends up being no major upgrade to what we have now, that would be a major setback. MumboSauce
The Skins have played themselves out of the sure thing picks at the top...We were very fortunate to have Orakpo fall to us last draft. I agree that Okung, Berry, and Suh are the can't miss guys, after that I'm not sure.
