    What this points out is a toxic culture in the workplace, not even your standard lack of institutional control but something toxic. This also may be the tip of the iceberg, and it goes along with the cheerleader story it proves a pattern in the offices of Washington that shows one of the worst, most toxic cultures to work in. For everyone saying this isn’t that big, this is huge and a major scandal.

    Blind hatred, trust I’ve been in orgs like this, it is absolutely disgusting, and comes on top of everything thing else. Santos, Mann, Michaels, all of those people it’s disgusting.

    This should be enough in and of itself, imagine any other organization with this kind of stuff going on, they’d be out of business. This team created a horrible hostile working environment a toxic culture; I don’t get why people are not acting like this is a big deal. This isn’t some tampering case, or someone misappropriating funds

    When the bombshell comes out it’s gotta be earthshaking, Snyder has been like a ****roach the last 20 years. I’m not surprised that Jay Gruden was involved if true, I always thought Jay was a scumbag. I’m just surprised it took this long for Bruce to leak, considering that he was the source of so many leaks in Ashburn

    Time is a flat circle and Dan Snyder is the ownership equivalent of building a toxic waste dump in your back yard. I long for the quiet dignity of a Lions fan to be able to watch my bad team in peace. I must say that it’s impressive how much Snyder manages to defend his title of Worst Owner in Sports

    The truth I think is this: the brand under Snyder is toxic, if Snyder digs his heels in on the name, then the NFL May have to give him the Sterling treatment. Despite what anyone says, you can’t look at the decline of a flagship franchise in attendance and demographics and think that the NFL won’t at some point get involved. Yes there have been positive changes like firing Bruce Allen, but the optics still remain that Snyder is toxic, I can definitely see the NFL having Redskins fatigue over the name, and Snyder fatigue over stadium issues and the name as well. I wonder how much of Goodel’s day must be devoted to dealing with the Snyder ****storm. The other thing to add is this, for all the headaches Snyder’s causing there’s no positive ROI for the NFL

    I still have flashbacks to the old standby of “he would have gone much higher, but this horrific injury caused him to drop.” Then Brucifer wondered why we had so many players on IR every year. When has a trade back ever worked for this team? Yes I like Kerrigan but Watt is a first ballot hall of famer.
