A labrum is the part end part of the joint capsule that attaches the ligaments -- which forms the joint capsule -- to the bone. It just means that the joint is going to lose stability.... and the muscles surrounding that joint are going to be in spasm protecting it..... which means a lack of mobility and a lack of strength.
