He then rammed the hose between his buttocks and began touching himself, Westminster Magistrates' Court heard. Small also urinated on the carpet and a lift door before having to be escorted down to reception by a member of staff who wrapped him in a towel. He then hurled abuse at the Bangladeshi man, barking at him: "This country has been taken over by Al-Qaeda - go back to Pakistan." According to his arrest report, 24-year-old Anthony Larsen was being booked on a warrant for improper passing. The detention officer reported hearing a commotion and cries of, "Ew, he naked!" coming from the booking floor at the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center. The incident marks the second time in less than a week that Palm Beach Sheriff's Office deputies have confronted a naked person who seemed to be on a violent rampage while displaying unusual physical strength. Conrad Hopper, 17, who deputies said appeared be in the throes of "excited delirium," now faces a host of charges after he fought with deputies while wielding a "large clock, which had numerous sharp utensils protruding from its entire border," according to a Sheriff's Office incident report. One deputy suffered a fractured arm. On Tuesday, Sheriff's Office deputies said they were forced to shoot and kill another naked aggressor after he bit a man in the face. The intruder, identified by police as 25-year-old Matthew Coomes, had been drinking before he entered the family’s Kuna home on June 15, took off his clothes, and relieved himself on a carpeted floor, reported KTVB-TV. “We woke up 6:30 Sunday morning to a naked guy walking into our bedroom,” said Tricia Gillaspy. “My husband’s like, ‘What the heck is going on?’ and I’m screaming in utter panic.” Gillaspy said her husband grabbed a gun and confronted the intruder, who had run into another room to put on his shorts after surprising the couple, but she said the man refused to leave. “So he puts the gun to his head, and says, ‘I said, get out!’” Gillaspy said. Coomes began walking out of the house at gunpoint while the couple called 911. “He’s like, ‘There’s a guy in my house. I’m going to shoot him; you better get a cop here now,’” Gillaspy said. Coomes left the house — which the family had moved into just two days before — but not the property, before officers arrived, and he was cited with two misdemeanors and driven home by police. Gillaspy said police told the couple afterward that if they had wanted Coomes arrested, they should have done it themselves. A police sergeant told Gillaspy she could have made a citizens arrest on those misdemeanor charges, but a police spokesman told the TV station the couple should have been told that earlier. Michael Suh, 38, and Nicole Germack, 27, were arrested by Newark police after the two were viewed by many onlookers "engaging in sexual intercourse" on the roof of a Main Street Chipotle Mexican Grill. Several people had contacted police about the bizarre scene at the front part of the Mexican food chain and when an officer arrived he told them to stop. But the couple apparently did not have enough and continued frolicking for 15 to 20 seconds, the department said. Investigators encountered Antuan Anderson, 32, on the ground, naked and screaming. A St. Lucie County Sheriff’s deputy had him at gunpoint. Anderson started kicking and spitting and exclaimed, “I’m famous now look at what I did.” The deputy reported when she pulled up, Anderson jumped on her patrol vehicle. He started banging on the front window and broke off a windshield wiper. The deputy said she got out and demanded he get on the ground. Anderson took off the remainder of his clothes and got on the ground. Investigators found several mailboxes damaged and a stop sign and pole ripped from the ground. A drain grate cover was out of place; garbage cans and bags were strewn about; and a metal fence and fence posts were scattered around.
