My first thought was that he may have been a good cop for a long time, but his patience has worn too thin to serve and protect. Suspended WITH pay? That one always kills me. They have given him the worst detail. He has to drive ridiculous looking "Tonka Toy" of a car around and pass out tickets at the Inner Harbor. He is already living in cop pergatory.
