StillUnknown
First time I've watched Glory and it's not bad. The color announcer however is amazingly bad. John Madden would be impressed by some of this guys lines. Thats Duke Roufus, he trains Pettis and few other MMA fighters. Damn good striker in his day, but TV hasn't come quite as easy. d0ublestr0ker0ll
Unfortunately on this Thanksgiving, tragedy has struck the sport. Former Strikeforce and UFC fighter, and 2-time WBC Muay Thai HW Champion, Shane Del Rosario, had died from a heart attack at 30 years old. Unbelievable, RIP. Dr. Do Itch Big
Terrible tragedy. Dude had potential but ran into some bad luck, first with the car crash and now this.
StillUnknown
I still remember him submitting a guy in StrikeForce with an omaplata. Most times its used as a sweep because its incredibly difficult to control your opponent's body long enough to finish without the Gi for traction. d0ublestr0ker0ll
That's crazy, a true fighter, no matter what the outcome. TUF finale on FS1 right now. Maynard/Diaz main event. Both guys are in limbo in that division, make or break fight for them. I'll go with Maynard via decision.

StillUnknown
Pacing has been pretty bad tonight, over an hour into the main card and only 2 fights completed, and those fights weren't exactly exciting affairs. NoCalMike
Do you mean Pennington, Mike? Yep. Thanks. TUF finale cards are always a crap shoot. A lot of these fighters are just not up to caliber to be in the UFC right now and/or possible ever, and it shows. It can drag the card to a stand still. However sometimes you get surprises that you didn't see coming.
d0ublestr0ker0ll
I enjoyed those two fights. Lots of punches landing and some close calls on the ground from the eventual losers. Young girls, both need some more power, but I like watching 'em. Would love to see a rematch between those two. Might watch with my pants down. d0ublestr0ker0ll
Could be one of those padded bras, which is basically glorified stuffing. Also had several tight layers on. I thought she bought boobs a while ago. In any case, thank you cameraman.
NoCalMike
Pena seems like another woman fighter that will be able to run rough shot over a lot of her peers due to her natural strength at 135. Her opponent really had no chance once Pena closed the distance. Pena was able to bully her and smother her on the ground until she found openings for the GnP. I still am holding out until I see her fight someone that can match her strength. That's the thing about TUF winners, a lot of the time they can either be smoke and mirrors or underrated depending on their competition during the tv series. StillUnknown
Pena's opponent was 36 with a 1-3 record coming into tonight's fight. I have no idea how good Pena can or will be, but I doubt we found out anything tonight. I'm taking Diaz in the main event, feeling like he has more left in the tank than Maynard. NoCalMike
I hope so. I don't dislike Maynard but I just feel like we've seen him as good as he can be already, while Nate seemed to be improving a lot with every fight until his latest 2 fight skid (albeit against high quality opponents). Nate seems to have a better head on his shoulders and higher fighter IQ than his brother and could equal redemption for their legacy if he keeps it together. Whatever happens, I hope it doesn't turn into a takedown & stall Maynard decision. Edited December 1, 2013 by NoCalMike
