dwbiggs
He was in the lineup wasn't he...never heard his name all day...not in coverage and never noticed him making a tackle. Guess thats good...just found it strange since he usually makes big hit some time during the game.
FFEMT284
Definately didn't see him making any big plays, but nothing bad either ...
Rdskn4Lyf21
Silent but deadly. They aren't going in his direction and they aren't making big plays (on offense)....his presence is felt and he's doing a damn good job.
CRobi21
Having your FS not having his name called all day is a good thing when you keep the #6 rated offense under 20 points.
SkinSince87
less we hear his name the more likely thats a good thing
Blackest Eyes
Landry has been relatively quiet all season.
skin_finatic
hes the reason why no team goes deep on us, he stays in center field

kubstix
High powered offenses aren't putting up the numbers. We are nasty right now.
Zhouse
It just means they're not testing him. This defense just completely takes teams out of their element. All these high power offenses had to change their identity when they faced this defense. I love it!

He is def. a force to be reckon with considering they didn't throw to his side all game.
HereComesTheDiesel44
Landry is in a position where he had a great game if you didnt hear his name called all game. Keep it up Landry!
RandyHolt
does NO other safety on our team have the speed to play free safety? I guess not. Just like last year, the only time you will hear our FS mentioned is when teams blindly try to go deep on us. I must eat crow i had lobbied for LL to be moved up to Strong so he could force some turnovers vs waiting for a dumb QB to throw him some. But our FS again is a deterrent and it must be a part of us being 4-1. That, and the emergence of Horton as a playmaker at SS. It makes moving LL unnecessary. bih
so far our D has looked decent. not some big plays or games but they get the job done and help our offense win and vice versa. So far Im liking what Im seeing but would love to see some more pass rush.
Meskeet21
i havent seen a deep ball on us since the cardinals game, or one that was actually successful. i member he broke a deep one against the saints, nothing after that. i want them to challenge him, he needs some ints damnit! Dead Money
Thank god Rocky caught up and slowed Basket(?) on that breakaway play, Landry got turned around and looked lost. I think he'll be OK, he's still raw and young. Remember, he's supposed to be a SS.
spjunkies
Right now Laron is where Sean was in his 3rd year. Pretty ****ing good. Edit: On pass D I mean Sean was still better overall.

IMO Springs would be a better FS but like you I digress, after Hortons play whats the point.
DCsportsfan53
Laron has not been quiet all season as some are suggesting. His near flawless coverage is the reason teams aren't even trying to go deep on us. They aren't even willing to test him. If that isn't a testament to how he's playing as a deep safety then I don't know what is.
WVUforREDSKINS
He's playing 20 yards deep to not give up the big play. His presence is well known and respected. I would say that he is one of the main reasons that our D looks so good.
elkabong82
LL is a big part of the reason Desean Jackson had a mediocre game at the WR position. Landry did have 2 tackles in the game though, but like others said, typically if you don't hear his name it's cuz we had a good day on D. Landry will get his just as soon as a team becomes impatient enough to try and throw deep on us.
