CLiNT0N P0RTiS
Vote for the Best duo who can make you laugh until you cry. I voted for Will Smith and Carlton from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. They are hilarious!
Mufumonk
Did I miss something here? I don't recall Farley and Carey ever working together.

TheDane
I voted other. "Tommy Boy," Chris Farley and David Spade. Classic death-by-laughter. "Fawlty Towers," John Cleese (Basil Fawlty) and Andrew Sachs (Manuel). Scenes with those guys always killed me. EDIT: I'd like to note that Cleese is responsible for my all time favorite TV comedies (Monty Python and Fawlty Towers) as well as my all time favorite movie comedies (Fish Called Wanda and Holy Grail). He's a genius.
iheartskins
Robin Williams in "Mrs. Doubtfire" John Belushi & Dan Akroyd in Blues Brothers I think Martin Lawrence and Will Smith were pretty funny in Bad Boys I, the second movie was WAY too contrived. EDIT: Kevin Kline made "A Fish Called Wanda" for me.

dchogs
i had only seen steve harvey on his sitcom, which sucks. i thought he was wayyyy over hyped. but i got to see one of his stand up gigs, and the man is hilarious. my wife and i were crying for the majority of the tape. as far as duos go, spade and farley were a great match of physical and sarcastic humor. on snl, i was always a fan of nealon and lubbotz (i know i butchered that spelling). the whole troupe of monty is classic. i feel like i'm missing one of my favorites...i'll edit when i think of them. THE HAMMER'IN HOG
#1 Abott and Costello #2 Jackie Gleason and Art Carney #3 Leo Gorcey and Huntz Hall - for the younger skin fan's out there, they were the core of the bowery boy's. They just don't make them like they used to.

Jimbo
Definitely Abbott & Costello. "Who's On First" is probably the greatest comedy routine of all time.

Riggo-toni
I'm not much of a Stern fan anymore, but the shows he did with Sam Kinison were hilarious. Sadly, they only did one movie together, but Billy Crystal and Gregory Hines (RIP) together in Running Scared is my favorite buddy comedy of all time.
