Yeah I think the strat is to hire an older OC that nobody will want as HC. Like when the Colts had defensive minded coaches with Manning(Mora and Dungy), his OC was 100 year old Tom Moore. Respected good mind, but nobody wanted him as HC. Maybe hire someone like Frank Reich or dare I say Josh McDaniels(who isn't old but there is no chance he gets another HC job anytime soon). Ultimatley I still want an offensive coach especially since we'll be taking a QB #2 and its just an easier setup, but its something to think about.
