Nah Nah Nah…Nah Nah Nah…Hey Hey Hey…GOODBYE CLOWNSHOES

It's always possible to have a gentleman's agreement between the old and new owner to let the new owner do whatever he wants, and the old will pass orders to the boys if everything is agreed and everyone just wait for the officialisation to become public after next owner's meetings. Which can be dealt in the same way between owners and future club member.

After all, people can do whatever they want altogether if they agree to. No need of a paper to do it.

How am I rating this to happen?

Well, less than 5%... And I'm probably gently overestimating it.

Question to the brain smart fans out there with knowledge and or experience in how complex transactions of this magnitude are conducted:

Is there ANY real possibility that the team is sold, signed, sealed and delivered to the new owner in time for us to get a new GM and coach BEFORE free agency begins?

I'm not smart but I know the Broncos pulled the trigger on Wilson BEFORE the new ownership group was announced. So Ron still has time to **** it all up before one is announced would be my guess. I don't think we will have one before the start of the new league year or FA.

To be fair, how do you know it's true?

Because it was on the internet and the basic story conforms with my expectations.

Two things that have been made clear over the past 6 or so years:

1. The internet is absolutely correct when it says something I want to believe.

2. The internet is a bastion of lies, falsehoods and fake news whenever it says something that might cause me to question my beliefs.

Snyder has checked out, his main goal is to collect his fat check and move to England. I'd be shocked if any personnel moves were made before the transition.

Does he really think his **** won't stink over in England? It's not like they speak a different language and can't immediately read all the bad things about him. If he intends on trying to buy a premiership team I think he is in for a rude awakening.

I would highly doubt it.  I think it takes months for something like that to be finalized, at least from everything I've read about it.

Does a change in ownership get announced immediately after our season is over or after the Super Bowl?

Yes!

Dan apparently intends to make an offer they can't refuse for Manchester United. I'm sure fans of every other UK team prays that he actually manages to acquire them.

There's also a hot rumor circulating in the crumpets and cucumber sandwich circuit that he's been looking at huge sprawling Downton Abbey type estates in the UK with large land holdings suitable for fox chasing, grouse hunting, thoroughbred horse breeding, and similar leisurely pursuits, that are far away from the prying eyes of what he calls "the disgusting despicables" (ie the general public).

Dan and Tanya set loose the hounds...

No. Post accepted LOI diligence and closing can take a while (90-180 days). Given first round bidding ended a couple months ago, I think we may be looking at early April for the earliest

Prediction:

Dan, Tanya and the kids in 5 to 10 years heading to their new home after Dan burns through the last of his forthcoming 8 billion dollar pay day.

We are snakebitten as fans, no wonder we feel cautious; thinking Dan will screw us over again and back out. If this was any other reasonable person with so many signs pointing to a sale, we’d believe it. With Dan, he ****s everything up.

I think the disgraceful way in which he has run this organisation will be a major problem for him in acquiring any sports franchise/team. He’s got way too much blood on his hands.

He needs to go somewhere like Venezuela, Russia, North Korea, or Iran.  They'd love to have him...

I was just thinking he would probably be welcome in Saudi Arabia. One of their clubs just got Ronaldo. I know they already have money but I'm sure they would love to swindle Danny.

I'm just trying to imagine Snyder on a horse and I can't envision it.
